Quick delivery time, very easy to put together, the instructions were very easy to follow. My mom is very happy with it. The elongated footprint makes navigating smaller spaces a little tricky but overall it is a great dual purpose product. I highly recommend it.

Great dual purpose mobility product for seniors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was easy to assemble. To convert to wheelchair was simple.  I am 5'10" and weigh over 250lb and was easy for husband to push me in it as a wheelchair. I am still able to use as walker for now.

this was definitely worth the investment it's lightweight compact and just easy to work with and it was a quick one to to put together highly recommend for anyone who needs mobility help instead of a big bulky wheelchair.

I was using a cane which was unstable. This chair/rollator helps you feel safer when walking. The wheels roll easily over doorways. iI am glad I purchased it.

The best

So I went through the reviews after I decided to order it (silly I know) so when I was going through the reviews I started to regret my decision on getting it because of some of the reviews. 

1 was about how the wheels in the back stick out too far … I agree with that they stick out pretty far and unless you're used to looking down I do believe that is a tripping hazard.. 

2 was that it lock unless you're holding the brakes.. that is FALSE just like any other walker with breaks if you pull the handle down it will lock lock. So if you need to sit on it in either direction you can lock it while turning so it doesn't roll away 

Overall it does work for what we need it for I did notice that if you're trying to use it as a wheelchair if you don't put the feet holder things out it gets front heavy

It works for what we need it for

This item looked exactly like the picture shown. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is that the seat, even though it is fairly steady, there's something about it that's a little off. Sitting on it is not as comfortable as I would have wanted it to be, but it does get the job done, so overall I guess it's okay and a fairly decent deal for the money.

Non sturdy seat. Arms wiggle and are not tight. While being pushed in the transport chair the whole thing was wiggling side to side. I only weigh 130 pounds so there is no way the walker/transport chair should be so unsturdy. Wheels slip on some surfaces. All in all very disappointed in this product and I feel I have wasted my money on something that is a necessity for me but not well made at all.

Costway Rollator Walker/Transport Chair

It is comfortable but not great for any kind of bump or when someone has to tilt you back. There is a tiny nub that someone has to try to push down on to tilt back. It would be helpful to have a bigger foot pedal for the pusher. Very disappointed. I had a nice transport but bought this one because it is a rollator and transporter in one. The pusher has a problem nog dumping the rider out going over a small lip.

Not as expected

I liked this walker/wheelchair idea and it seemed like it would work well for my wife. Unfortunately, it did not. In truth, it is dangerous to use as a wheelchair. My wife transitioned from walking behind it to trying to sit down in the seat and the thing rolled out from under her. She fell down on the floor with the chair ending up 3 feet away from her. 

The problem is that there is NO WAY TO LOCK THE WHEELS independent of the hand brakes. It is not possible to hold the brakes sit in the front facing wheelchair seat. It is very difficult to sit in the rear facing seat when using it as a walker. The device is UNSAFE to use as a wheelchair without someone else standing behind it and applying the brakes when someone tries to sit in it. 

Fortunately my wife was not injured when she fell trying to sit in this thing. Still in all, I can not recommend this thing to anyone unless they only want to use it as a walker. It is well built and looks like it is a good quality item. But it is dangerous to use without supervision or assistance from another person.

I don't want to rate it for the simplefact that it was stolen off my porch. It wasn't insured and we did see the guy on camera, but it wasn't a good pic of him. Sorry i couldn't give you a better rating.
