Instructions and labeling could be improved for easier assembly.

Holes for screws do not consistently line up, causing assembly difficulties.

Chairs have a solid build and cushioning.

Make sure that all screws fit in the holes before trying to put it together if not you will have a harder time putting it together.  Sometimes the holes are covered up with the wicker material.  Don't screw it 100% unit all pieces are together. It did take me two nights to put together. lol So worth the money!  Love it and it was only $250 on a flash sale.

Some things to know

I ordered the set on Monday at 5 PM.And it was at my door before 3 PM on Tuesday less than 24 hours.I was so happy. It's a bit smaller than what I previously had. However , it suits my space perfectly. Happy purchase.

Speedy service

Some screws were not aligned with the sockets and some screws were too long having to leave them half-way screwed in.  The instructions manual did not pertain to the model of the item.

Set is lovely, it is on the smaller size but for the price it's definitely worth it. We had a few imperfections on the rattan and one leg,  rattan was unraveling. We spoke with Annie at costway, who was pleasant, helpful and very expedient in responding and resolving our issue. She gave us instructions on how to repair the chair leg plus offered us a very generous refund. Overall very pleased with the set plus Annie was exceptional.

It is a cute set, but isn't made for large people. Thank goodness my husband and I are small people. For smaller people its a nice set with a good price point.

Cute little patio yard set but putting it together sucks.  It's hard to get the screws and holes to line up correctly. Some of the holes are partially covered by the material.  I had to cut around it to have good enough positioning for the screws to go down.  Very frustrating.  I was able to use a power screwdriver with the right bit instead of hand screwing it with tool provided.

Will test your patience

I do like it, but not what I expected, I thought it be lil bit bigger, I'm keeping it, it took me, for time it took put together,  I can't undo that, go through hassle of a return

Ratten patio, peacock blue

Threads for bolts are not lined. They go in all different directions making assembly very difficult. One chair was completely unable to be assembled. While the price paid seemed reasonable the quality overall made this purchase an instant regret.

Difficult to assemble due to threads

If you want a set for your grandchildren who are under 8 years old , then buy this set. They will love it ! 
If you are under 5 feet tall and 100 pounds , then buy this set. 
If you think that 9 screws per chair with no clearance to fit a tool and you like removing the skin from your hands, then buy this set. 
If you have a free 3 hours to assemble it; please buy this set. 
If any of the above people is NOT you, then PLEASE DO NOT BUY this set. 
In 30 years of buying patio furniture this by far is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of assembling or using.

Can't get to the Return Department fast enough

Trying to assemble the furniture and the rattan is covering the screw holes. The screws are too short to secure the arms to the seat. One screw cannot even be screwed in because of the rattan overlapping the screw hole. Not impressed with this product so far. I will keep trying to assemble this if I can manage to complete the process I will update. If not, I am going to have to return it. Too bad it looks really cute in the pic. Fingers crossed.
