The shoulder straps are wide and padded to provide optimal comfort and the hook-and-loop fastening straps ensure a tight and secure grip. The pre-filled sand weights can be removed to decrease weight or moved to empty weight pockets to redistribute the weight according to your training needs.The 5 kg vest has 2 rows of weight pockets on the front and back, and features a single row of fastening straps.The 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 kg vests have 3 rows of weight pockets at the front and 4 rows at the back. These models feature 2 rows of fastening straps. Easy to put-on, for a vest weighing 35lbs.  Good velcro straps.  Adjusting the weight takes a little time, but not more than expected.
