Great bike for that price!

[Employee of walmartcanada] Delivered on time and in good shape. Easy to assemble and only had to adjust the front brake. Very quiet and comfortable.  So far the bike is working great. Good buy for the money. Test of time will tell.

Good bike for the money.

Electric bike

The bike itself is an excellent choice and is easy to assemble. It is advisable to consult a professional bike assembler to ensure the proper functioning of the brakes. The package includes all necessary items, and the bike can achieve a range of 44-47 kilometers on a single charge using the Pedal Assist System (PAS), and approximately 37 kilometers in fully automated mode.

However, my experience with purchasing the bike online from Walmart was extremely disappointing. The customer service was inadequate, and the in-store pickup experience was unsatisfactory. Additionally, as an Aboriginal individual, I felt unwelcome, and the store did not honour my card. Therefore, caution is advised when making online purchases from Walmart, especially for Aboriginal customers.

Takes hills with ease

the build went well except for the rear fender. can't see how it's to attach securely. it also does not have the tire pump included as stated in the manual

This bike is cheaply made.  The rim bent when my grandson drove it off a curb.  We waited for MONTHS to get parts. No parts have been available and customer service is absolutely useless.  They just refer you to the web site.  Even after explaining that the parts are out of stock and requesting a possible timeframe when they would be available I got the response please check the web site.  We eventually purchased a rim from a bike dealer.  It is much heavier.  My grandson was then hit by a car on his bike,( he's fine, the bike not so much). Again we needed parts and nothing is available.  It's too much money for a bike that is not repairable.

Cheaply made/poor customer service

I purchased this bike and was initially impressed by its performance, particularly the battery life. As a heavier individual, I appreciated its ability to support my weight and cover significant distances with ease. However, while the bike showed great promise at first, it fell short in some key areas that regular riders should consider.

The bike struggled with the demands of consistent, daily use on Hamilton, Ontario's roads, which, admittedly, are not always smooth. The spokes began breaking under regular riding conditions, which was disappointing. While the road quality in Hamilton likely contributed to this issue, I expected the bike to withstand typical urban terrain. Additionally, the tires wore out after approximately 400 km of commuting and leisure riding, requiring replacement sooner than anticipated. Similarly, the brakes needed frequent tuning and eventual replacement to maintain functionality.

For lighter or infrequent use, the bike might perform adequately. For example, I also purchased one for my father, who rides it less than 2 km every couple of weeks, and he remains completely satisfied. However, for regular or intensive use, the build quality does not seem to support the demands of daily commuting or extended rides.

In summary, while the bike has excellent battery life and is suitable for occasional riders, those seeking a durable, reliable option for regular use might need to look elsewhere. It's a great choice for light riding but falls short in quality for those who expect more robust performance.

NOTE: 44km is the battery on a flat serface (pedal assist at full level)
