Looking back, I did not need 3 ! Small , Medium, Large!! I bought purple handles-love that!!

Good quality!

The 6- and 8- inch blades will be most useful to me.   The blades look rigid enough to handle various frostings/ganaches and they seem easy to clean.  The  10-inch blade would be great for cutting a cake into layers and frosting it . . . but I don't bake many cakes.

Two Useful Blades
