Greatest product ever

It definitely works! I had zero side effects for me or baby. But again every body is different. It's also much more affordable than others out there. I do however have to take two a day but like others have said talk to your obgyn and start with one a day for a week and up it to max of 4 a day if needed.

Works and it's affordable

Ive been taking for a month and went from having to supplement milk 1-2 times a day to 1-4 Extra feedings of milk. Definitely recommend trying for breastfeeding moms struggling to get and keep milk up.

Thankful this works.

I'm 9mo PP and had a severe decrease in supply after being sick. My original BF goal was 9 months so I wasn't too worried about my supply going down UNTIL I realized that formula is scarce and expensive. I know that fenugreek can be helful to supply but it can also tank it. This felt like a good time to see how MY body would respond to it. Day 1 I took 3 pills and I saw an immediate increase about an hour later. Thankful to have something that will help me last a little bit longer without moving to formula.

It really works!

This supplement helps yours milk come in. However my OBGYN said don't follow the instructions to take one pill for a week if that doesn't work up a pill every week (if it's not working) until you hit 4 pills max. She said you should smell like maple syrup. If I forget to take them and my supply starts going down I'll take several in a day along with coconut water and body armor and my milk supply will shoot up again.

Take with your prenatals

I noticed a little more milk after the first day. Two or three days later, there was a greater improvement. I've now been using this for over a week and will continue. The best thing is that it didn't bother my stomach like the lactation cookies.

Better than the cookies

Beware if you have hypothyroid or hypoglycemia. Wish I would have researched more. I sure this works well if you don't have any medical issues. See a lactation specialist or your PCP to get a prescription to help you produce more milk.
