It fits out 4 seater (2 front facing, 2 rear facing with a bike rack on the back portion of the cart. We also have an extended roof and it fits great. Zipper on the back portion zips down in an upside rainbow fashion almost to the rear back seat step platform. It's solid material and nicely made. Durability wise I keep my cart garage kept, I doubt this cover would survive the outdoor element long term but otherwise it protects us from the rain and cold enough to putt around the neighborhood during the chilly winters of NC. I got it on sale for $80 so definitely worth the purchase to use all year round.
