All the pieces were very nicely organized. Went together beautifully, looks great.

Nice design

The gazebo seems good. The legs span is closer than I expected but I obviously didn't look closely at the measurements provided. The roof overhang is 10x12. Legs are 8x10. 
Also was missing parts required to assemble and although they replied quickly a week later we are still waiting.

Read the fine print

The product is great but the instructions could have written content not just diagrams.

Gazebo

Bad quality ,No explanation,very difficult to build ,very complicated,Not strong ,

Package arrived quickly and in good shape. I have only had it up one day. I hated the instructions. It is only pictures and they are not very detailed. I had to take things apart several times due to very poor details in the pictures. What direction a part goes in, which hole to use, etc. It was very frustrating. It seems to be very cheaply made and flimsy but time will tell if it is any good. It looks fine set up but does not feel like it could take really bad weather. Will update the stars if it holds up to the weather in time.

Very poor instructions, and seems not very strong.

Not a true hard roof, more of a plastic. Some parts did not arrive, had to contact company to get correct parts sent.

Ok, some flaws

It's says it is a hard top it is false advertisement I live where there is lots of snow and I need a heavy duty gazebo

It's small for the size of 10' x 12'. I compared it to the size of my friend's gazebo.

If you buy anything from these guys I sure hope you want to keep it.  They make returning and getting a refund impossible.  I am stuck with an item that they said was delayed and paid me back.  A week later they took money out of my account without my knowledge and resent the item.  When they had returned my money when I originally ordered,  I went to Walmart store and bought what I wanted. Without my knowledge or consent a week later an  email informing me that the one I ordered online was out for delivery and they had taken my money out of my account.  Trying to return and get a refund is a nightmare.  Aosom won't refund my money but expect me to send it back and pay for the shipping. Walmart says they can't help!

This site is a joke.

These people are horrible to deal with. The roof cracked and leaked in multiple places a week after installation . I wanted a replacement roof and they can't they said to Ship back in original boxes , we threw out the boxes after we had it installed. They won't refund .
