The Outsunny 12x10 awning has proven to be a winner to replace our old Everlite awning. It was fairly easy to assemble and install. The cream fabric is just right, translucent, lets some light through, just enough to make it pleasant under the sun. Our old awning was controlled by an Insteon smart switch but the new awning just plugs in to the wall outlet. The remote is convenient however.

Was fairly easy to install in a large open area. Instructions weren't that great but we figured it out. Overall a good product and would purchase another one. Our local awning company was 4 times the cost plus installation for a manual awning.

Well built awning

The awning works perfectly! Fully functional by remote or crank. 
Had a question about installation, and spoke with a live person. Outstanding service and a great value.

this is the second one, I got one for my back deck and just bought this one for my side deck.  easy install and very good quality at an amazing price!

electric awning

I purchased two of these items. Neither of them had all the parts to put one together. I got parts out of each of them and was able to assemble one awning. The sleeve bolts they sent to attach it to a brick wall failed miserably. The kit I would not recommend. I have been trying to contact the manufacturer with no luck. It is a lot of money to spend on something that does not come with a complete list of parts to put it together.

Missing parts in both kits.

Onsonny sent me a dented unit .lot of problems putting it together should  have sent it back.
