As we enlarged its connecting space with a 1.8 mm thick steel sheet stamped onto the frame following the frame’s radian. The small top loop that allows food colander rest over a cup, pot or bowl is riveted to the basket as well.</li><li>[30 Mesh Fine Sieve] Mesh comes with 0.6 mm diameter holes. It is fine enough to prevent tiny seeds or grain particles from falling through during straining, but not too dense and cause blocking requiring extra efforts to shake it, nor too lose and let everything out. The mesh is deep, which is helpful to prevent overflow when you are sifting powdery ingredients like sugar powder, flour, quinoa, and cornstarch. The silicone coated handle offers a comfortable grip and a better control.</li><li>[Versatile Two Sizes] The small (3.9 inch) flour sieve can fit over cups or bowls when making loose-leaf tea, straining French press coffee, or making juice like cocktails, wine. The medium (5.5 in) strainer will be handy when sifting flour, sugar powder for baking/cooking, straining pasta, quinoa, rinsing fruits, catching seeds when juicing limes and lemons.This kitchen strainer can easily nest into each other and each has a hanging hole on the handle, easy storage shouldn’t be a problem.</li></ul>

Why should you choose U-Taste fine mesh strainer?  Made of food grade 18/8 stainless steel.  Sturdy and safe for food contact. Works to strain lemon juice into your water, make loose leaf tea, get a poached egg out of the pot, process jam into the jar, and seeing no signs of rusting and discoloration.  Strongly Riveted Handles.  A weak handle may break off under the weight of a cup of rice, or when straining something thick like chicken broth or batter. A riveted handle can save you a lot of troubles, and U-Taste handles have a silicone cover, which is comfy, and provides a better grip.  A food strainer with standard wire mesh.  It is tricky to decide that how big the mesh holes should be. It may cause blocking and wasting time if it is too dense and would not let anything out except water, and loose seams will be useless when straining mushy ingredients. By testing different kinds of meshes, U-Taste decided that the hole of the mesh should be 0.6 mm in diameter. In this case, the weave is fine enough to prevent tiny seeds or even the smallest bits from falling through during rinses, and the whole process can still be quick and efficient.  A mesh that will not lose shape.  It is inevitable when you have to use a spatula to press things through the strainers, a common scene for every baker. For which, it is necessary to make sure the mesh can keep its shape under reasonable pressure. U-Taste fine mesh strainer can bear weight up to 5 KG. The mesh will not collapse, rip, or tear when you pressing ingredients through for it is made of firm stainless steel, and tightly connected to the frame.  Thoughtful design.   The top loop of this mesh is designed with a small curve so when you hover the strainer over a bowl, it grips tighter and won't slip off. Handles come with a hanging loop for easy storage. Smooth edges for easy washing.
