Can be competitively low, but also steep for certain models.

I love this chair in my home office. It takes a moment to remember I have massage I can turn on. The only thing that I would mention is that it's not as cushy as my old chair, but that's probably so I can feel the massage.

- Back is held on by two short bolts, one bolt on each side of the chair.
- The instruction manual has no words only images

A few flaws but decent  enough

The good stuff: 
Chair is very comfortable. Was fairly easy to put together. 

The not so good goo stuff:
The massager is just a gimmick, It doesn't work the way I had anticipated and it was one of the reasons I had bought the chair to begin with. It vibrates but doesn't really massage, further more you can't be working and think you'll get a nice massage, you have to have your back and head pressed right into the back of the chair to actually feel it. 
The colour brown colour and the remote look very out of the seventies. 

I did decide to keep the chair as I needed to replace the one I had and it's comfortable, plus it's too much work to return.

Massage Chair - buy it for the chair

Fast shipping, Nice big chair, soft armrests. The wire to get it to a message is not the longest and gets caught in the wheels which is very annoying. There are wires in the back which just look bad. It vibrates and does not message. There are 9 sequences of vibration. For the price, I do not think it is worth it. Just get a normal office chair.

Decent

Quality is normal dont expect that this chair is high quality comfartable chair,  comfart wise is normal. I feel bit overpriced,

Do not expect

This is a so-so chair at best. The back cannot be positioned as straight up as I would like
to reach my back for firm support. I had to place an Obus form item behind my back to 
fix this issue.  The massage feature was also not as rigorous as I had hoped for. 
Wish I had not ordered this but have no energy to take it all apart for a return.

not that great

The Vibrating massage on this chair was barely notable. Not worth the price.

Massageless Chair!

The chair was too uncomfortable.  I just sat on it for about 2 hours and I have pain in my tailbone since the last 3 days.
