I am enjoying this kitchen island very much. It took some time and determination, but I got it together. The only part that was a little challenging was putting the top part on. (I am 75 years young.)

Great Buy! We needed some kind of gathering area in our kitchen. This worked perfectly! It was not a terrible assembly. It takes two people for sure! If you have patience you can do it! It took us about 2 hours. It looks great, nice quality for the price, and pretty easy to assemble.

I absolutely love how the instructions were pictures so we were not confused with the parts. The island was so easy to assemble. All the parts and hardware were in great condition. One person can actually assemble it but it's a good idea to have two for larger pieces. It's very study and so cute. I love it and would buy it all over again if I had to. 100% reccomend!!!!

Very pretty and sturdy

Purchased this as a bedside sleeper for my daughter's newborn. Worked really well for newborn and 4 month old still loves napping in it. Very little assembly. Unfold out of box and attach wheels. I just purchased a second one for my house. Folds easily for travel. Highly recommend.

Loving this piece

I purchased this piece to use in my guest bedroom that doubles as a craft area. So I needed a TV stand/storage cabinet/bookcase. This item served my purpose perfectly. It was well packaged and included all the pieces and parts. The boards were all drilled accurately and marked. My complaint is the instructions were all in pictures. There were no words for clarity. Working with visuals is not my strength, so I really had to study everything and be careful that I was matching the orientation of each piece as I worked. There was no list of tools needed, however, here's what I used: a small plastic mallet to help pound in some of the pegs, a Philips screwdriver, a flat blade stubby screwdriver and a rubber mallet. Putting on the top and bottom required the rubber mallet because I couldn't get it flush under my own power. It took me 4.5 hours to assemble, but I'm very inexperienced. One issue I had was the magnet for the cabinet doors. I didn't like how it attached with the provided screws, so I selected slightly longer ones with smaller heads. I also applied wood glue in the holes and underneath the magnet. I just felt that this is a stress area and I wanted it to hold. The drawer went together well and so did the cabinet doors. I was impressed that everything aligned properly. I did not feel the need to use the stability straps. Overall I am very pleased.

Pleased with result

We love it. Instructions must be followed line by line.  Don¡¯t try to jump ahead be patient and it will come together. Make sure to assemble in location where cabinet will be sitting it is quite heavy.  This is a two person job.

Very nice cabinet

I love the appearance of this island, it looks just like the photos. The quality is kind of what I expected for diy assembly. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the peel %26 stick type of vinyl on the top board. The top is going to be used the most, so I don't expect it to hold up very well over time. Otherwise, the structure itself seems sturdy and I do like that the top is pretty heavy-duty even being pressed wood. It took me about 3 hours to put together by myself; I've assembled lots of kits like this. Some of the pieces weren't labeled and some parts of the instructions weren't very clear, so I just guessed. The doors were frustrating to get just right, it took several adjustments and they're still a little wonky. They're also pretty thin and there's no magnet or stopper to keep them from slamming closed if you're not careful. The drawer is pretty wide and I love that it has a center brace because the bottom is very thin like thick cardboard. The cabinet is spacious and the side shelves are deep. I don't like open shelves so I made some curtains to cover them. And for those wondering how deep the top is with the drop-leaf down, I included the measurement (since it wasn't in the description). Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase, the price point was higher than I wanted to pay for pressed wood but if we're easy on it, maybe it will last us quite a while.

Nice Appearance and Fairly Sturdy

I love my kitchen island, the top is easily damaged with water also quick to peel just be mindful what you place on top. The build is a long one for sure but once completed this island was perfect for my space. It's sturdy, spacious and I get compliments on it all the time. Good alternative for the more expensive islands.

Sturdy and  long build

perfect a little hard to assemble but the outcome was well worth it.

The material is on a less dense end and the quality of wood seems to be mediocre.? We had a vase on top and quickly there was water stain and bubbled up.? The color also faded with the water area.The assembling steps were not consistent with the manual and instruction and had to reassemble parts a couple times.The stand was a bit uneven as not four legs line up and has a slight wobble.
