I have been using other heating pads which  are warmed in the microwave. This is my first electrical upper body heating pad, and it does not disappoint. It covers most of upper back body parts. The  heat starts in like seconds or less than a  minute and spreads evenly throughout your back, neck and shoulders. The hot press therapy really works when you  are having upper back body ache.The evenly heated pad actually relieves your stress.

I love this heating pad. I hate to be cold and this warms me quickly. Also great for neck and back pain. I might be addicted. Best purchase I’ve made all year!

Large heating pad wrap

This Heating pad is very easy to use and on a cool evening keeps me very comfy.  I liked it so much, I ordered 3 more for my granddaughters and daughter.  They seem to also be happy with theirs. My daughter's house is kept on the cool side, and on the nights that she has to be working in her office on the computer, she usually is wrapped in a blanket.  She says the heating pad is much better and keeps her nice and warm.

This is absolutely amazing. I have stenosis in my spine as well as nerve damage from radiation treatments. This covers from my neck all the way to my hip and my shoulder/clavicle. It is so nice to get all the needed spots at once. Plus with the snap at the collar and the tie at the waist it stays in place if you need to move around. Definitely love this heating pad.

such soft fabric I absolutely adore it, it gets nice and hot on the highest setting which I absolutely love. it's so great for my lower back pain and my neck and shoulder pain. it wraps around my shoulders and you can even snap it shut with snaps around the shoulders/neck. I frequently use it for neck pain when I start getting a lot of tightness that leads to my migraines. it seems pretty washable but I haven't had to wash it yet so I can't review it's washability yet but when I do I'll update my review :) highly recommend

amazing heating pad for shoulders, back and neck

It's the best heating pad I've ever bought. i have neck and shoulder strain that causes headaches.  If I use this, I can eliminate the neck pain and muscle aches quickly and headaches go away fast.  The first one I bought was a great deal,  so I put 4 stars for value because the second one I bought cost more.

I really like this heating pad. It’s not bulky. It’s soft very pliable and it moves well with your body. The only problem is I have to return it because I used it three times and the fourth time it just stopped work and I don’t know if there’s a short something electric. Gonna return for another one.

I gave one star because i had to. I’ve had this heating pad for 3 months %26 it’s broken already. DO NOT PURCHASE

Not worth the money they are asking even on sale.  Doesnt come down on back for the lower back and doesn't come high enough on the neck. To get it down the back you have to pull it down so luch that the wrap around your nexk chokes you. I can't stand having it on cause it irritates me so much.  Piece of crap product. Does not wrap around the neck like the picture shows either. Would I buy this again? Heck no!!!!!!!!!

Large????? Heating pad

At first this heating pad was wonderful applying just the right amount of heat, but eventually would get too hot even on the lowest setting which I think burned it out eventually because now, only 5 months later, it stopped working completely and the red light just flashes when I plug it in to any outlet. Would rather spend more money on an item that will actually last more than 5 months as this is the second or third one I've purchased from Walmart that has died in less than 5 months. Extremely disappointed as I need to use a heating pad almost everyday for severe GI problems, neck problems and after having major shoulder surgery about a year ago but still in pain. Wouldn't recommend this item.
