The Total Gym Apex G3 is as good as the original Total Gym, of which I bought 4. I would have preferred the bare-bones model for less than half the price, but it no longer seems to be available. Serves as a good way to end a workout with free weights. Good for flexibility and toning. It can even give a decent upper-body workout in 20 minutes if you don't have time for a serious workout.

I bought this Total Gym for my Beach Home. I already own one for my other residence. I was very impressed with the quality of the product for the price. I paid double for a similar one many years ago. You can't beat the number of exercises that can be done at home, for just an investment of $400  dollars.

Quality Product at an Excellent Price

Love, love, LOVE this system. Easy to put together, easy to use. Takes up very little room. It makes me want to work out, and that is saying a lot! Wish I had purchased it earlier. Well worth the money. It arrived earlier than expected.

Wonderful work out system

I had been eyeing the Total Gym for several years now, but have always been a skeptic.But was finally tired of being out of shape, tired and my A1C was only getting higher. I decided to go with the Supreme because it was cheaper then the other models. But that doesn't mean cheap! This is beautiful machine! Lots of bang for the buck. I have been using the Total Gym 3 days a week for the last month, and I have lost 6.5 lbs and have lost a few inches. And have seen muscle tone in the mirror that I haven't seen before. And my A1c is at the normal range now, cant wait to see my doctor now! I have become a Total Gym junkie! I can't wait to get home from work and get on my Total Gym!  This is well worth the money!

I made this purchase with confidence knowing I would be put to the test soon enough. I had a Total Gym before that got lost in a move a few years back. So this is number two for me. The construction is of great quality and I know it will last. I look forward to getting back to it and back into shape. Definitely one of my best investments.

Excellent piece of equipment

I am 69 and am at least 30 pounds overweight.  My stamina and muscle tone has declined as I got older and less active.  When I decided to do something about it I didn't think my weights or solo flex would be a good option.  The total gym has such a wide range of exercises and resistance that I knew it would work for me.  After three weeks I am still exercising almost every day and can feel the difference.  I look forward to exercising and I know the benefits of regular exercise will make a huge difference in my life.

Just what a senior needs!

I am an 83 y/o retired physician who lives in a community with 2 excellent gyms that have remained closed since the onset of Covid. I ride a bike but looked for something to replace the strength training machines. Having watched the Chuck Norris commercials for Total Gym I was intrigued but resisted because of the size of the larger versions. When I noticed the lighter narrower Supreme model on your website, I realized that one of these would fit in our spare bedroom. I'm sorry I waited. The unit arrived in excellent shape and appears to be well made. Not being someone to follow a video routine, I devised my own workout from the many excercises available and have been delighted ever since. I do a 45 minute routine that I designed to cover most of the muscle groups, starting out very easy and working up to a level that completely replaces the regular gym. 

incidentally, your website is excellent, describing the various models and accessories accurately and shipping was very fast.

Great replacement for outside gym.

Great piece of equipment. I was new to the aspect of Total Gym but I will not go back to using traditional equipment or gyms. This is so convenient AND you get a great workout if you challenge yourself enough. I have always used weights and participated in competitive lifting over the years. I get a great workout using the Total Gym and I FEEL like I've gotten a great, result producing workout as well.

Exceeded my Expectations.

Used it a few times since I got it.  Everything was good in the box, assembly was easy enough.  Easy to fold up and move out of the way.  Especially like the ab crunch option, doesn't strain the neck etc... good form and puts the energy into the right places to get the job done.  It's enjoyable to exercise on it, can move and pull and push in all different directions. I'd recommend it, and have.

Total Gym Supreme

Goes together easily. It seems smooth. I watched the DVD,  but have yet to get my butt on the machine. Being elderly, my husband and I will be happy to do the beginners exercises. So much easier than going out to the gym. I think I will be very pleased with this routine..

Give it a try, looks promising!

Included are 2 parts of the equipment that are NOT shown in any print or video and I cannot see how they fit AND I am am retired electrician / welder / fabricator.  Also the parts shown in the video are missing  also A major part is MISSING  BAD BAD BAD
