We love our 18000btu, living in a northern climate, having a heat pump that is rate to -32°f has been a great addition to our home saving $1000s on fuel cost, would highly recommend this unit, unit has only be installed 6month i will give another review as time goes on, only thing I'm not impressed with in the wifi options, GE got hacked and the app hasn't worked sense, I've tried redownloading and still have issues with app. The unit it's self is great.

This unit is the big gun of my line up and the most important, as it is in our bedroom. It effectively and quietly cools or drys not only our room, but will keep two adjacent rooms very comfortable if we leave the door open.
