Really good. No more rolling the hose on the roller, it retracts and takes no space. I put it in a small box and leave it pell-mell.

I should have bought this before

I really enjoy my purchase, it's easy to use. Easy for a senior like me

Great hose for seniors

I can not give a proper rating because I only hooked it up today. It seems fine, I just hope it lasts longer than my last hose that was similar to the new one.

Good service, but there were more or less hidden charges that I didn't expect. At Amazon there are shipping costs if the order is less than a certain amount.

Overly expensive delivery costs

I give up on this type of hose. This one was the worst: one use and it sprang a leak. Cleary the technology is faulty.

Leaky hose

Cheaply built and poor performance holds this back from a hose I would ever recommend to a friend.  The brass fittings do not seal against water pressure and the turn off valve has already corroded 30% since I have bought it.  I have used it maybe 3 times now.  The brass cannot be real brass because I have never seen brass corrode like this before.  On top of this the hole in the valve is so small that hardly any water can pass through.  I need to fill a 45 gallon drum with water which can take 30 minutes because the hole in the valve is not even as large as a pencil so no real flow happens.  I simply have nothing good to say about this hose

Poorly build and poor performance

The ends do not fit any wand the shipping fee of $17 was a surprise.
