I didn't know what to expect reading the reviews I was afraid of a mattress in a box lol and to be a pillow top I thought how??? No way but IT IS %26 if you are looking for a medium firm mattress this is the ONE!!! Literally when it was opened It immediately when to the full size lol be careful opening it. But babbbyyyy I LOVE LOVE LOVE This mattress HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! And for the price! YEAH THIS IS IT!

NICE PRODUCT, DELIVERED FAST, INFLATED FASTER THAN I THOUGHT, AND HAD NO BAD SMELL AT ALL. I WAS PLEASED WITH IT ALL EXCEPT ONE THING. THERE WASN'T ONE PIECE OF PAPER RELATED TO THE BRAND, TO HOW TO HANDLE IT ... SUPPOSE IT IS MY FIRST TIME,I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN HOW TO OPEN IT, HOW LONG TO LEAVE IT TO DEFLATE ETC... AT LEAST A GOOD WORD ABOUT OPERATION, QUALITY, WHERE IS IT MADE OF, WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTY ETC... IT'S THE JOB OF A GOOD MANUFACTURER...

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE ..?

I was hesitant to buy a hybrid mattress as I've been sleeping on a memory foam ones for the last 10 years.  This thing is probably the comfiest mattress I've slept on that isn't in a hotel. I feel like I sleep better, and I don't wake up with any weird aches or pains so definitely a win. For the price, you can't beat it.

I recently bought my granddaughter a new queen size bed from Walmart, and she needed a new mattress. After searching through the website, I found this. I was very excited as I read it because it was exactly what she needed. My granddaughter has scoliosis, and the hybrid mattress has been perfect. 
It took a couple of days to inflate to the 12" and of course I got a padded mattress protector for it. Her back hurts most of the time,but since she had this, it has helped her back. I've laid on it several times, and it is so comfy.

Bought this for my toddler %26 it's so comfy! I'd I accidentally fall asleep in his bed I'm not waking up with a stiff back. Super easy to open. It came with a cutter. I obviously recommend opening it near bed frame or where the bed is going. It took about two hours for the mattress to poof up.

Top buy for kids

First impression, way better than my 17  year old mattress.  The box it comes in was pretty heavy but I was able to get it up my flight of stairs myself (I would definitely recommend having 2 people though) The mattress itself was double wrapped in plastic which was nice for protection.  Opened and popped up with ease.  I've only had it for a few hours but so far it's only measuring at 11 inches (which isn't a huge deal for me) I was under the impression it was all foam with no springs but it definitely has springs!  It is pretty soft but not TOO soft that I feel like I'm going to sink in... only time will tell.  The sides are pretty soft and don't have much structure so I'd be careful sitting on the edge, you might slide right off!  All in all, not bad for the price.  I wasn't expecting Serta or Sleepys quality for the price but my back is already thanking you me for the upgrade from my old worn out spring mattress.

Decent mattress for the price!  (HAS SPRINGS)

I purchased the KOW 12-inch Twin XL Mattress expecting a pure memory foam hybrid, as the title suggests. After opening the box, I realized it's actually a combination of memory foam and pocket springs, a detail only found in the product description. I was initially disappointed and considered returning it, but decided to try it out. The firmness and price are great, and I have no complaints about its comfort. My only concern is its long-term durability, as I believe a full memory foam mattress would be more resilient. This was a good lesson for me to read the full product details before buying.

Misleading Title, But a Good Mattress

Totally NOT  a hybrid matress. This is just a cheap innerspring matress! The springs go from the very bottom to the very top. There is about 1cm of padding on top of the innersprings. When you sit on it, the matress compresses to about 1/3 of its thickness. Lying on it is okay but you will definitely feel the springs stabbing you if you are a side sleeper. In short this is a blatant case of false advertisement. This would be okay for small children but definitely not great for adults.

Just a very bad innerspring matress.

I do not recommend this mattress due to the long intention in the foam running down the middle because of how it was folded. The edges are very soft as well- the reviews that mention you can slide off the edges are correct. I reached out to the company over a week ago and haven't heard back.
