[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this bike is so good and even when you peddle you barley have to peddle for it to go fast. the only thing i don't like is sometimes the throttle doesn't work

my honest review

The rear derailleur is damaged and currently not properly adjusted. Additionally, the rear wheel exhibits a noticeable wobble. Given that it is an E-bike, addressing these issues involves a more intricate process, making it less straightforward to remove and adjust the wheel. Moreover, contrary to what is depicted in the website's images, the bicycle's light does not connect to the battery; instead, it functions as a standalone light source.

We got our bike and assembled it, and my son rode it twice now it won't start, has an error code and there is no phone number to contact someone for support. Not sure what to do from here.

Don't let water get inside the control panel because over time as it collects water you might not be able to change the levels or even turn it on

Horrible very disappointing

It came damaged. The rear switch gear unit was bent in 3 places. Instead of dealing with shipping back I took it apart and fixed it myself. It works now.

Shippers need to protect better.

Bought for my son for Christmas. The battery will not charge and one of the pedals comes off.
