Quality and Durability

I'm not usually one to do reviews but almost feel like there are reviews for two different products here? Ours was great. I actually found it very sturdy with strong ribs that endured putting it up and down daily as the sun came around, and me banging it about a lot while half open on its side. Absolutely unfair treatment of any product. Ha! But it stayed sturdy and undamaged, and the smooth mechanism never failed and was easy to use. And IMO it looks good too.

Square Patio Umbrella 6.5'x6.5'

I hate to review this product, because being an outdoor umbrella it will be getting a lot of abuse, and to be a good outdoor umbrella product it should take it. But upon first impressions it feels sturdy, well made and looks great. Lets just hope it stays that way. Also ordering this towards the end of the summer, beginning fall so it won't be until next year that it will truly be used.

Could not be happier with our online purchase!
We are very pleased with the purchase of our 9 ft umbrella. The size is what we need for protection from the sun. The fact that it tilts from one side to another and has a crank on it, makes it easy to open and close, that is especially helpful. We also love the colour a deep wine red.

Umbrella

Great umbrella, fits really well on the patio.  Opens and closes easily.  The bottom of the pole is a bare metal base that leaves rust marks on the patio if it is left uncovered.  The umbrella tilts slightly in the base but generally not a problem.  Blocks a lot of light.  I've filled the base with water and it seems to be working well with no problems tipping in the breeze.

Good umbrella, good value for price

My only complaint would be that I purchased one last summer & it already broke. The fabric tore & one of the bar broke too. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than one summer.

Had to reorder

I assumed it would be 9 ft by 9 ft as it is called a 9 Ft Square Patio Umbrella.  It is only 6 ft x 6 ft.

Umbrella isn't truly "9 foot square". Purchased without noticing in specifications that the straight edges of umbrella aren't 9ft, but that is the diagonal measurement. So in actuality it was too small for my purpose. Returned.

The paint finish chips off very easily. After the first use the pole was already scratched up with gentle use.

Poor paint job

I ordered a 9 ft square umbrella.  What arrived is a little over 6 ft square
Not happy as didnt realize till we put it up & Tossed the box.  Too much of a pain to return with covid so we are living with it for now.  Not impressed.
