I have bought this iron in 2019 and it's the best iron i have ever owned. I love to iron so, it really will fit all your needs. I am now looking to buy another one because from the year 2019 to now 2023. I have used this iron every day. Than over worked it on Sunday to get my husband, uniforms ready for the week. Now this is the first time I received a small leak. I just wanted everyone to know that this is money well spent. The most stubborn wrinkles, that are extremely hard to get out. With this iron it's like if they never existed. I hope you love yours as much as I love mine.

Best Iron Ever

I've only used this iron for a week, but thus far it's been as advertised. The iron is heavy, which I like, and the plate is very smooth. I haven't had any problems with dripping when the iron is in steam mode.

Impressed with Chi Iron

The CHI clothing iron is great!  It is easy to use. I like the retractable cord.  Walmart had a super price and it was received sooner than expected.

As a quilter I was looking for a really good steaming iron. Love that this iron stay active for 30 mins and then shuts down. No constant waiting for it to heat up after it sleeps. Highly recommend!

GREAT QUILTING IRON

I've always been on the lookout for a good iron and I've had my eye on the Chi for a while.  It works to perfection and the auto-cord is the icing on the cake!!  I would definitely recommend this product.

Great Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CHI 13102 is a well built iron with several safety features such as auto-shutoff and an auto-retracting power cord. The heavier weight helps speed up the ironing process and the steam features work well too.

Rugged work horse steam iron

fir several years i have only bought Chi because they last and have no leakage in clothes.

I ordered this on sale to be used as my backup, in case my Velocity quit working.  I would say it's probably slightly above average, heat/steam-wise.  I didn't use it for long, but while I did, it didn't leak.  The problem I had is I'm left-handed, and the positioning of the cord is definitely made for a right-hander.  That's the only reason I rated it low on "ease of use."  I gave it to a friend, just got fed up with fighting the cord.

Decent iron

Shocked at how heavy it was before I even tried filling with water. Not at all practical for marathon ironing sessions.
