This is a good coffee machine. But, what I didn't realize until after I bought it is that Nespresso Vertuo is a stand-alone brand, so you must buy Nespresso Vertuo coffee pods. I put in one order, I will not be putting in a second order.

I absolutely love my Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine! It's easy to use and makes delicious coffee every time. It was a gift from a friend and has quickly become an integral part of my daily routine. I enjoy having coffee with my friend while driving, and I also love making coffee for him. The machine heats up quickly, the pods offer a great variety, and every cup comes out smooth and satisfying.

Sharing Great Coffee Moments with the Nespresso

I like the machine but the instructions given to descale do NOT work! I had to go online to get instructions that actually worked. I wish the descaling process was simpler like Keurig machines. I can't understand why there's so many multiple steps that you can never remember. Please make descaling simple or give better instructions!

Descaling process way too confusing

We have owned many nespressso machines. The coffee taste is exceptional compared to cometitors in the same price brackets. Reliability of the machines seems to be the biggest concern? We descale regularly, keep our carafe clean. Unfortunately, we have replaced machines regularly. support line has been great for troubleshooting, but 2x now have deemed the older machines dead.

our concern is that we do not use our machine very much?(Not a daily activity) more like 2 pods only 2 x weekly. every 2-3 years our machine pumps fail.NOT COOL. My Brew coffee- (French brand), has lasted 20 years as a daily coffee maker. My K Cup brewer has lasted nearly 10 years. In the same time we are now on our 3 Nespresso, Original Citiz, and 2 Vertuo now. We are on our 3 Vertuo next. The Pump and the button have given us failures.

Good coffee, unreliable brewers.

Very complicated to use compared to Keurig. The amount of complaints on Youtube on this video concerned me as people were facing issues with it within 3 months. I saw someone post on Reddit that this is their 5th machine within a 3 year span which again worries me as my Keurig lasted over 3 years. Pods are very pricey and to change cup size was not at all user friendly.

Machine received quickly and in good condition. Makes a fragile impression, plastics look poor quality. The noise is really loud when it is in operation, it is very annoying. Despite everything, the coffee is good. I hope this machine will work for at least a few years.

Good coffee but printing a plastic ba range

purchased from Wslmart about 6 months ago and for the past 2 weeks. its a challenge to dispense coffee.  You have to play with the machine as you will get an error message and keep opening and closing the machine and press hard on the start button.  Eventually it will start but very frustrating especially when you want your first morning brew.

Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d'appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile.
Très bon service après-vente de Nespresso, garantie de satisfaction la machine est retournée.

Très déçu

I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do."

To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response:
"Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine."
So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.

5 year life span.

If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. I can't tell you how many pods have been wasted because the machine will randomly stop working despite being perfectly fine the previous day. I love the taste and quality of Nespresso coffee and I've already purchased a different model, but I have to say I'm disappointed that their machines barely last for two years. For a company that prides itself on recycling and sustainability they should be more dedicated to creating a longer lasting product and avoiding their machines ending up in landfills.
