I had no issues with this bed what so ever. I bought a twin for my daughter and i let it sit out and fluff out to the full extent. It didn't have any damage no mold or dirt any of those things. It was surprisingly very bouncy and soft. It does have springs but they weren't felt which was a plus. I didn't notice any odor as well. I'm very happy with my purchase. It also came two days after me ordering. When I got it and I took the plastic off it rolled out and started snapping by itself. It was fairly easy and simple

genuinely impressed with this mattress! i bought this for my daughter transitioning from her crib to a big girl bed so I wasn't hugely concerned with the springs. We opened the mattress and it only took about 3 hours to decompress completed, I was very happy with that but the best part was when I actually laid on the thing to try it out! Very pleased with how comfortable this bed is, I prefer medium to firm beds and I would classify this as a medium, there is some give under my weight (170) but I dont feel like I'm being swallowed by a cloud. I will also note the only time the springs were noticeable for me was when I was getting off the bed and put all my weight on one knee, I could feel them under my knee. Perfect for kids in my opinion. I highly recommend this bed if you're looking for a nice mattress on a budget.

very pleased

Very pleased! Good quality and exceptionally comfortable! 6 inch deep mattress but you'd never know it was just 6 inches! purchased this twin mattress for a twin bed frame. didn't need to buy a box spring mattress to go underneath. I am very happy with this mattress.

i was nervous about buying this. especially since i needed to buy 2 for my boys new bunk beds that i had ordered earlier that day. i spent close to 3 hours combined going through several different mattresses and countless reviews. im truly suprised that this doesnt have higher reviews but anyway if you, like me are on the hunt for something that is reasonably priced, comes packaged well and you want something comfortable for your child then this is perfect. i was a little nervous to be honest and anticupated having or needing to spend an additional 40-$50 to get a padded mattress cover or egg crate padding but none of that has been necessary. both my 5yr old and 18m old love their beds. they came in small boxes vacuum sealed and popped right up immediately. i was washing their new sheets so no one slept on the mattresses the first night but they honestly could have. i purchased these also bc the bunk bed i purchased specifically stated the use of coil spring mattresses and these are PERFECT!

these are Great! i bought not just one but 2!!

It popped up pretty fast and I didn't wait the full two or more days. It's as comfortable as something like this gets and I've slept on it a couple of times. Had nightmares about my ex-girlfriends so this is the nightmare bed! It's pretty comfy and more so than the previous thing that I sat on and called a couch so I ain't complaining too much! It works well as a daybed mattress for an adult and I was surprised at how wide it was. Now I know that a twin size mattress is about three quarters of a queen! lol!

Comfy as a daybed mattress!

I really like the convenience of a mattress  coming now in a box, something I'm not used to.  I didn't have any help undoing the mattress and when I took off the airtight plastic it unfolded rapidly, which I thought it to be cool. I guess what I didn't like about the mattress was the actual thickness. I think it could've been more like 8 inches thick. Overall the price was great and the mattress is really nice and comfortable. I had bought this for my daughter. I had to put a vinyl mattress cover over it to protect it from any possible accidents.

Nice quality mattress

I was a little scared when I received this mattress. It was compressed and around 2” thick. Once I tore the bags, the mattress inflated to around 6”.  Seems like a good mattress. Has springs, which I didn't notice upon purchasing. Not a bad mattress for the price.

Not a bad deal

The hardware that comes with the bed is defective.  When we installed the bolts in the headboard, the bolts keep coming out and the boards fall apart.  The rest of the frame does the same thing. I am going to have to buy new hardware to install the bed.I will never buy a bed frame like this again  I was so disappointed.

deflective and poor workmanship

We have other Zinus mattresses and three bed frames from them. We took a chance with this one and it is a total dud and I feel like I got duped. We received a queen that is almost a cream/beige color and satiny top. It looks aesthetically like a bed from the 80's. It's been three days and the bed did not fully rise 12 inches. It's about 8 inches. The structural sides of the bed is laughable as it just bows out and you can feel the springs and everything. It's very firm and not really comfortable. We can't roll it back up and return it so we are out of luck. My husband is okay with it because he's army and used to sleeping on uncomfortable things. That alone should tell you everything. Pay a little more and get something nicer. This just isn't it.

I dont recommend this mattress at all unless your hurting and need a bed even then me personally id rather sleep on the floor..the mattress is not good quality at all...i understand stand the inches of the mattress but when i pressed on it the springs seemed like they would pop right out!! Please yall dont invest in this its not worth the money..sleep on an air mattress til you can afford a better mattress thats cost maybe 50 to $100 more than this one!!
