It has been my experience over the past decade or so that ONN is comparable to the long-established names in USB storage devices and this Digital Drive is no exception. I have gotten the dependability and performance for a much lower price. I would highly recommend this product.

Evidently Walmart is discontinued this item.  they need to reconsider. this drive is a high performance ssd drive w ith great read/write speeds.  price wise, hands down it is one of the best deals oit there right now with the cost of NAND memory chips going up from the AI explosion.  Walmart, take my advise keep these things on your shelves

Great Product / Great Value - WM Dont Discontinue

So far this device has worked great. I use it for my daw, and I keep my samples and songs I create on it. It is very fast when it comes to downloading and uploading. It is a very needed tool, if utilizing daws. I bought the 500 gb and I've filled it up quite quicker than I thought, but I'm still learning how to use it, so I might have the same things saved a couple times on it. The price was wonderful compared to others like it. It is super easy to save and delete items, it is like it says, just plug and play. I have mine connected to a hub, and it works great. It came with a case and 2 cables. I am planning on getting a second one to just keep new items on it.

Great storage device

I love this hard drive. since it's able to do so, I have my chromebook, ps3, Xbox 360, and my phone.. backed up to this drive. it has a mode where you can switch it to either within one device or among many. this hard drive keeps my files backed up safely and is able to move between devices with ease.

so far this product is very fast and efficient I am very impressed with Walmart's onn library of equipment. everything seems to work in order and best of all is that the product is well priced

I bought this product because i needed more storage on my computer, but i plan to upgrade in a few months due to Windows 10 end of support on an already aging computer, because buying a interal ssd to fit my exact motherboard wasn't worth it for only a short time. Overall, I've found the onn external SSD to be a mixed bag. The presentation was great when i opened the box. The drive came in a carrying case with 2 cables. The speeds, while not the fastest, exceeded expectations, and it is miles ahead of my old early 2000s HHD. It's lightweight and easy to carry if you want the same offline storage on your work and home computer. 

That all being said, it's got 1 big drawback, that being a  huge discrepancy in storage capacity. It's listed as a 500GB drive, but mine only has 466GB.  Normally, a slight discrepancy is common in budget storage devices  sold today, maybe by a few GB or maybe 10 or 15 at worst, but a discrepancy of 34GB that's a lot of missing storage.

1 Big Flaw, but Good for the Price

I have not fully tested this SSD yet.  I have verified that it definitely supports 10Gb USB 3, and I'm please with that.  I haven't done enough with it to have any sort of potential long term usage attributes.  At this time I anticipate that continued performance and reliability will be fine.

Nice USB SSD

so far seems great, i apparently have a bug from some old thing that says it is 9 gig but in reality its just 14, but thats my problem to figure out, the product works well...

It works great and is very fast.  I would definitely recommend this.   I actually have windows portable on it and use it on a computer I have not been able to get running.  This solved the problem.

Great Value for the money.

Nothing about this is "ultra-fast" like the description states. It's like having an over sized flash drive.  It works but pretty slow for an external SSD.  And there's no indicator lights. Feels like an empty tiny plastic box about 3" long. Not a good value for $60. I'd buy it for $30, maybe $40 tops. But a 512 GB flash drive is much easier to carry around.
