We love this air fryer! We haven't yet tried out all the features but I love the double stack. It saves so much time being able to cook up to 4 different foods at a time. Everything we've tried comes out perfect and super crispy!

I am so happy with my purchase. The stacked basket is amazing and saves so much space! Plus it's the only air fryer I've seen that I don't need to pull away from the counter as the exhaust is on the side, so it won't but my wall.

I love this so much!

I have owned this for a while now and I absolutely love it. It saves so much space in my small apartment and it's the perfect size for me and my son. We can both make what we want to eat at the same time in separate baskets. And the clean up is a breeze. I don't have a dishwasher so it's important to me that machines like these are easy to clean. I am so happy I purchased this.

Great Air Fryer! love the sleek design and fits under the cabinets perfectly. Capacity is awesome since you can stack so many meal items. When you turn it on, the chime is a bit to loud.

New family fav

I bought this model to replace my other round airfryer ninja that I had and that jadored for a more compact model. I like it a lot but it's barely two me and the bottom grill is no longer half basket to grill the meat. Rubbers are really not effective. And if I put the small grill that comes with it does not grill as well and the cooking is really too long. I’m really on it for that reason. I always wash my baskets and grills by hand so it's not a dishwasher wear. It barely lasts 2-3 minutes and a part of the grid falls to the bottom. I have to put a little ramekin underneath to let it rise. Very disappointing.

Fine.

I picked up this air fryer about a year ago. I had high hopes. If you're using only one layer then it's fine but if you're using both baskets at the same time, I've found it inconsistent. The upper basket cooks evenly but the lower basket doesn't. We often have to switch it up or cook items longer on the lower basket. For instance, if air frying chicken, the upper basket cooks as expected but we always have to increase the time by about 10 minutes for the lower one. 

I wouldn't buy it again due to the inconsistency.

Mediocre product

Bought several months ago. I'm disappointed. The tiered design reduces the surface area on the counter. At first glance, it's attractive. The result is not up to par. The drawers cook unevenly. I've gotten into the habit of swapping the top and bottom drawers mid-cooking. Cooking is highly dependent on the amount of food in the drawer, the results become unpredictable. Frequently, the surface of the fries is insufficiently golden. If we extend the cooking time, the sera interior too cooked. If the temperature is increased, the extremities are burned. Nijna mentions the need for an "apprenticeship cube". I think it's an understatement to talk about poor design. Cooking times are significantly longer than with other models. Arm yourself with patience. The finish is poor quality. The drawer handles scratch quickly. Non-stick hobs are easy to clean, but quickly and easily peel off. I also have a Ninja Foodi type fryer, which I am delighted with. I was expecting the same kind of performance. I'm disappointed. I'll get another fryer. I don't know how I'll get rid of this one.
