I recently purchased the Hot Wheels Action 4-Loop Crash Out Track Set for my son’s birthday, and I have to say, it has been a hit in our household! As a parent with two young kids, I’m always on the lookout for toys that are not only entertaining but also engaging, and this set checks all the boxes.

Setup %26 First Impressions:
The assembly was fairly straightforward, which I appreciated. I could set it up in under 30 minutes, even with two little helpers excitedly bouncing around me. The instructions were clear, and all the parts fit together securely. The motorized booster adds an element of excitement, constantly sending the cars flying through the loops at high speed.

Design %26 Features:
What sets this track apart is the 4-loop crash zone, which really ramps up the excitement. My kids (ages 6 and 4) were thrilled with the possibility of their cars crashing mid-air, and they kept trying different Hot Wheels cars to see how they’d perform on the track. The 1:64 scale car that comes with it is a great addition, but what’s even better is that it works seamlessly with all our other Hot Wheels cars too.

Durability:
The track is sturdy, and despite many crashes (intentional, of course!), it has held up perfectly. The loops don’t bend or warp, and the motorized booster has been running smoothly after hours of play. That’s a huge win for us as parents, knowing that it can withstand rough play.

Fun Factor:
This track set has quickly become a family favorite. It’s not just for the kids - my husband and I have also had fun competing with them, trying to time our cars to avoid the crash zones. It’s a toy that encourages creativity, fine motor skills, and problem-solving, as my kids try different strategies to get their cars through the loops without crashing. It keeps them entertained for hours, and I love that it sparks their imagination.

Room for Improvement:
The only thing I would note is that it does require 2 D batteries for the motorized booster, which are not included. It would have been nice if they were part of the package, but that’s a minor issue compared to all the fun this set delivers.

Final Thoughts:
Overall, the Hot Wheels Action 4-Loop Crash Out Track Set is an absolute winner in our household. It’s a high-energy, high-fun toy that will entertain kids (and adults!) for hours. Whether it’s for a birthday, holiday, or just because, this set is worth every penny. I highly recommend it for any Hot Wheels fan!

High-Octane Fun for Kids and Adult Alike!

Great set. Don't forget the 4 D batteries. Putting it together was tedious but it was labeled well making it fairly simple. The hot wheels car that came with it works well, other hot wheels cars not so much. Seems they need to be evenly weighted cars that sit low to work well on this track. Tough to run multiple cars at once cause they just crash. In the photo the cars on the floor did not work well. The ones one the track base worked good with this set. Overall a good purchase

Hot wheels fun

i loved this thing when i saw it for my son. who is about to be 4.  I got it for his santa present it only comes with one car. what i wasn't aware of is that it is a specific hot wheels car, and they are 10 to 13 dollars a piece . not all 1:64 cars will work on it, actually i have not found any that work with the track so the website desciption does not say that it needs a specific car i would not have bought this if i had known. seeing as how i bought it when it was 50 dollars, im counting in the extra cost for the 4 10. dollar batteries needed. very disappointed in hotwheels. maybe they will make it right, but im not counting on it.

very expensive did not expect the extra costs

This is the worst hot wheels set we have ever purchased. There is a piece where there two blue track loops are supposed connect so that they will be stable while in use. Unfortunately one side is grooved and one is smooth so despite following instructions, watching the assembly video and having multiple family members mess with it, there is no way to securely connect the two blue loops. This means it creates wobbling while being used and thus no car can complete the loop tracks.  Very frustrating for a child’s toy.

Don’t suggest buying

playing the car with in 25 minutes, the car not pushing any boost and driving straight. return it and ask for a replacement.

the motor not working

horrible do not buy this. It is a total scam. It comes with one car. It is like a fiberglass car that you cannot buy anymore like that they do not sell them. They tell you to buy the 1:64 cars and they do not work not one single bit they may stay on through one loop and fall right off.! Total junk do not buy!!
