Once my husband got it assembled, everyone wanted to ride on it so I had to wait. I absolutely love this trike. Smooth riding and goes pretty fast. Since I did chemo my balance isn't very good so thats why I dont ride a bike. You won't go wrong purchasing this. I can't wait for summer so I can ride it once again.

As 78 year old widow, needed a way to offset medicare premium increases. This allows me to run errands and light shopping within about 5 miles radius during clear weather. Retained vehicle for Costco runs and heavy rains. Also dropped gym membership.

Very pleased with recent purchase of this Mooncool e-trike. Helpful to find videos for assembly as the instructions are pictures only without step by step narration. Has enough power for an elderly rider, the throttle helps to get started from standing postion if legs aren't strong enough to activate the PAS. Careful on turns and cornering. Can be unstable if going too fast.  My intended rider enjoys his e-trike!

first thing is I received a email saying that my trike would delivered on May 8th. when actually the only thing they delivered on that date was the rack bags. so I didn't get the bike excuse me  trike until the 12th. I had to wait from Thursday till Monday to get my trike. I was not a happy camper , but when I got to trike, it was in good shape. you said it would be 95% assembled  . and it was or even more, Plus the rest was pretty easy to do. I love the trike, it tadkes a little getting used to. since it rides different than an eBike.But it is fun to ride, and has plenty of power . either on pedal assist or throttle only. thank you 👍

loved it ,once I got it.

This is very difficult to put together. Even with book and watching video still nearly impossible. Holes don't match up in places and several parts that were already on were wrong! Still don't have the battery so unable to use.

Difficult to put together

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she probably has only rode it 4 times. The front forks are too wide for the wheel to sit causing the washers to bend. Once that happens it rips the plug for the motor around the fork causing damage to the pins. I contacted supports and after a few months, got a new motor unaware that the issue was the front forks causing the same thing to happen again. 9 months later support is unwilling to help on something we have had an issue with since the very beginning. Nothing we did would have caused the forks to bend other than being cheaply made.

Problems, cheaply made.

I'm not the type to give review.  But when I do, it's either really bad review or extremely excellent review.  This one is NOT excellent.  Read all the reviews.  Overall it's not a good product.  Make sure you're willing to take the risk of not being able to return it.  They would go around in circles on giving you  all the excuse in the world to not let you  return.

Buy to take the lost

I am returning it as is utterly impossible to put together. I spent 6 hours last night trying to put this together. Everything that could go wrong want wrong and today I am asking them for a return. This thing is disgusting. I am buying a foldable instead.
