All the strength of the original Flex Seal in portable size. Sprays out as a thick liquid, seeps into cracks and holes and dries to a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating that Stops Leaks Fast®. Flex Seal Mini is actually liquid rubber in a can! It sprays out as a thick liquid, seeps into cracks and holes and dries to a watertight, flexible, rubberized coating. Available in 2 oz. size, in three colours: black, white or clear. DIRECTIONS: Read entire can. Wear face and eye protection, protective gloves, and clothing. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dirt. Shake well. Spray 8” to 12” from surface, using an even, sweeping motion. Apply multiple, even coats until ALL cracks and holes have been filled. IMPORTANT: Allow 24 to 48 hours to dry before applying another coat. Let it dry completely. (It usually takes up to 24 to 48 hours to fully cure.) *Use Flex Seal ONLY in a well-ventilated area. When using inside, prevent vapor build-up by opening doors and windows. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. *Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights or other sources of ignition. FLEX TIPS: Spray a larger area than area where the leak is and feather the edges. For best results, apply multiple coats rather than one thick coat and use at can temperatures above 60ºF. Make sure Flex Seal has filled ALL cracks and holes and is FULLY CURED before testing product. If light can pass through, apply additional coats.

After installing roof anchors for fall protection, needed while installing hurricane-protective home window covers, I used Flexseal to re-seal the roof at the roof anchors.  The Flexseal was also effective at hiding the brightly-colored roof anchors, coating them the same color as the adjacent roof shingles, which are charcoal/black in color.  The initial liquid consistency of the Flexseal seeps into and around the  screw-down holdings of the anchors, then dries to provide an excellent seal to the roof around the roof anchors.

It's been effective in sealing some small cracks in my  concrete basement interior walls. It DOES take several applications, though. I ordered two more cans.

Flex Seal Spray

Needed something to seal the gap between the concrete front porch and the siding. Forget about finding someone to come and fix it. I bought the flex seal and did it myself.

Easy to use and works

Works like advertised but the odor was a little overbearing.  definitely this needs to be used in a well ventilated area.

Works great but stinks

Was hoping this would be more like the color of terra cotta pots and adobe, but it was a little too orange so I use it for a base coat under the other Flex colors.

Love the product but received 2 defective cans. The nozzle tip malfunctioned and I am left with 2 cans with more than the half the product still in it. Bummed.

Overall good product

Whn I ordered Flex Seal I had high hopes to fix a leak in my swim spa. I emptied the water out, cleaned the area and applied the Flex Seal tape over the crack with 2 1/2" edges refilled the swim spa and STILL had the leak. purchased the spray Flex Seal, emptied the swim spa cleaned area well, sprayed 3 coats of the Flex Seal spray to the leaking area (on top and underneath). Filled the swim spa back up and it was as if I had not done anything. As far as being water proof this product is not. The tape is very difficult to use, hard time getting the clear plastic cover off the tape.

I received old product that seemed to be laying around in a warehouse somewhere. I ordered several colors and all of the colors were old. Some had damaged lids. I was very unhappy with my purchase. The colors did not seem vibrant when I attempted to use them.  I shook the cans for about 15 minutes at some point and still had the same result.   Very disappointed.

Received OLD Products

I purchased this because I had a plastic pet drinking fountain that had a mystery leak that was increasing. Besides inspecting it myself, I enlisted the help of 3 friends. Not one of us could locate the leak, though it was clearly evident it was leaking! I thought well, I guess I will try FlexSeal and just spray the entire bottom of the fountain and hope it holds...Best. Decision. Ever.
