It says it is a weighted based and comes with two sand bags, it does not say it comes with two EMPTY bags, you must FILL WITH SAND. I bought this because it described itself as having a legit weighted base, not a DIY project. Misleading,  plenty of other options that have an actual weighted base but now I am stuck.
