Can be sturdy, but also prone to sagging.

I cannot believe how comfortable this mattress is, and the quality is incredible.  I have been searching for a mattress for years that wouldn't give me back pain or hip pain and finally found one. I have osteoarthritis and for the first time in years I didn't have to purchase a thick memory foam topper. I highly recommend this mattress.

i used a screw driver to put slates together it came with two allen wrenches it was very simple to put together.it slee PO s well beautiful when dressed a drawer under the bed is soo cool the texture of foot board and head board is exquisite it is good real wood.sturdy and it can be taken apart in five pieces

Box was damaged upon arrival but none of the contents were affected. Really impressed with how small it was for delivery. Unpacking and expansion of the mattress was simple and easily done.  Been sleeping on it for a month and it’s super comfortable. Totally worth it thus far.

Easy and convenient.

I really like the way the coils literally support your whole body. I am actually still getting use to it. I had one of those foam mattresses in a box but it started to sag in certain places. I am a side sleeper which the coils really help keep my body fully supported so I'm not waking up with back aches. Like I said I am still getting use to it.

Finally getting my Zs

No Damage to the Mattress when arrived. It is good, fine for me as i am not a heavy person with around only 150lb, but when i sit on any side of the bed, it gets very soft. It is not firm on the sides. But sleeping, when laid down, it is pretty firm and fine. Overall, It is fine. Not a bad mattress.

Not a bad purchase

i reordered this one after i returned the 10 "  one . its  a terrible quality  . i returned it to Walmart and  never got my money back in  my bank account.  i reordered a 12"   one a n d its still on my bed. its   no good at all.   it had big humps in the middle and  i had to work on it by taking out a piece of foam to level it out. i returned the cover by using h i t glue.  this company  you  bought from is poor quality

The bed may seem nice from the outside. But it was not easy to sleep on. There were gaps on the corners and edges. When I got up from the bed, I felt the danger of falling. And I had to sleep in the middle. And I jumped with the fear of falling at any moment. After 2 days, I started the return process. Because I sleep more comfortably in my living room.This product is very simple and useless, never buy it.

Terrible experience matress

I recently bought this mattress from Walmart online, and it’s extremely uncomfortable. The corners are badly sagging, and I can only sleep in the middle because I feel like I might fall off. It’s not safe or supportive at all. I’m very disappointed and would like to return it for a refund but the process for return is awlful since it is not easy to return a queen mattress. This is just a waste of money.

Very uncomfortable %26 Unsafe

The mattress never became firm. It is very soft. When you sit down, the mattress sinks in. So, it is not a product I recommend because it does not fulfill what it offers.

Does not comply

I purchased this mattress based on the product description, which claims to provide comfort and proper support to prevent back pain. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. After just a few weeks of use, I started experiencing back pain, something I did not have before. The mattress does not provide the level of support advertised and does not meet the claims made in the listing. For the price and expectations set by the description, this was very disappointing. I would not recommend it if you are looking for real back support.
