Everything about this chair was as described on the web site .My only complaint is that the assembly 
instructions were a little bit vague,but the chair is great!

Well built chair. Quality material. Only thing wrong with it is the handles to adjust the height, etc. are too  far in and hard to reach when seated.

I purchased this chair, and unfortunately, it does not match its price. The seat is hard and very uncomfortable I wish I could replace it

Not comfortable

I've been using the chair for three days now, and this morning I go to flip out the leg rest, and the whole piece crashes to the floor.  The leg rest came pre assembled.  How do I return a fully assembled chair? Can I request a partial refund? I was so excited about this chair. What a major let down.
