This is a great little soaking pool for adults. It was so easy to set up taking about 30 min with two ppl. The filter comes extra so be aware of that. Overall it was a great buy at a great price and has made this hot summer bearable. It arrived within 2 days of ordering and the packaging was quite adequate.

Sadly, this pool set didn't have a pump or the 2 hoses needed to connect the pump.  Fortunately, I had my pump from the last pool, and I bought extra tubing.  Easy set up, easy to maintain and with a solar blanket, the water warms up fast!!

We replaced our pool of the same size but a different brand.  This new Intex 12 foot pool is of the same design, but the frame is much heavier and stronger.  The liner material also seems to be thicker. So far, we're all happy with the pool. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there was no pump and filter with this unit but fortunately the pump from the old pool still worked, so problem solved.

It was easy to set up by myself. last summer i purchased a huge pool with the inflatable ring top and it really needed to have the ground be perfectly leveled and it wasnt so all the water went to one side making it imposible to fill the other side.  accidently overflowed one time too and no stopping that mess once it happens. Put this pool this summer and no problem with it being pretty much filled equally.  Price was half of what i paid for the other but smaller too. It doesnt matter cause this one is also big and just much more better. NO PUMP, plan accordingly....fyi.

I got this pool due to my outdoor cats continuously punching holes in the inflatable ring on the one I got last year.   

It was very easy to assemble (after watching a few YouTube videos).  The pump from my previous pool, which I saved, connected perfectly to the new fittings and hoses.

No leaks, no problems.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED

Easy to put up.  Great size for 2 adults and  2 young kids, or 5 kiddos with adult supervision. So much fun to use.

This pool was perfect for our family. We bought a decent sized pump for it and all the chemicals. We loved it and helped for a very hot Kansas summer!

Great family pool!

Pool was very easy to set up . Had it all together in about 30 minutes. The kids even helped. It took about 3 hours to fill with water. It didn't come with a pump but I already know that because it stated that so I ordered one separately. The only downside was there wasn't any instructions for the hoses and the pump installation. Everything else was great . The kids are loving it, so much fun.

I have purchased this item twice in the past. the first time everything was perfect. the second time, one of the hoses was missing. the third time, one of the hoses plus the pump was missing. I was told by the seller that the pump doesn't come with the item, which I know is not true, since I have ordered in the past, and it always has a pump. it even shows a pump on the front of the package. it even had hoses for the pump. so why, if no pump is included, then there are hoses? 
It's a great product otherwise. but be aware that the item has had missing items over the course of the last two purchases(since 2024/25-2026) I've made with them.  Whoever is in charge of the warehouse or whoever is doing packaging needs to get their story straight. I was refunded for the pump, thankfully.  However, unfortunately, I have to find a pump elsewhere now. so I'm going to go dig into my trash and see if the old pump is in there since I recently threw out the previous pool(it got a hole from my agave). the only other thing I have to say, is that it's extremely difficult to disassemble the product, so it's probably a good idea to get a pool cover and just keep it going all year round. But like I said, it's a great pool and me and my kids, who are teenagers, now love having it. but I might consider purchasing from another company in the future.

great pool but missing parts twice now

It did not come with a pump and the porch that you put the hoses in are leaking water and I don’t even know how to get the extended warranty that I paid for.
