I was surprised how comfortable the computer chair loaded with hi low seat , massage functions for back and thighs area with3 choices 15, 30 and 60 minutes .

This mat is amazing! It is super thick, durable, brightly colored, and folds up easily for portability. It also has that "wow" factor. Purchased as a Christmas present from Santa for my 7 year old. She plays on it everyday!

AMAZING PRODUCT!

It is excellent for cat's and small dogs and it's real sturdy but my 110 lb American Stafford terrier step on it and bent it in half other than that it was good for two weeks 🤣

great chair

Received this chair 30 Dec 2020 which was one day earlier than scheduled.  Just received the second one I ordered at the same time just as it was scheduled for today, 7 Jan 2021. 
 As a slow articulate lady, it took me a few minutes longer to assemble this one than the second one I ordered for my daughter's home office.  However, the end result is just as I had hoped except the arms are little less sturdy than I would want.  The other chair I ordered at the same time for my daughter was easier and quicker to assemble with the same kind of arms, but much sturdier for some unknown reason, and it cost less by another company.  Yet, overall I am pleased with the workmanship.  I went through thousands of chairs online at least three times.  This office chair is as aesthetically pleasing and as functional as it was illustrated online.  The prompt delivery as scheduled was gratifying as well.  Thank you for all of the aforementioned of this purchased office chair with the one small exception.

Almost Exactly As I Had Hoped!

I was not informed this single chair would be shipped in 2 different shipments. On the website and in the delivery tracking text message I was only made aware of a single delivery date for the single chair until only one package was delivered and i had to contact customer service about the missing half of my chair. -5 stars for customer service, care, and satisfaction.

Very poor customer care

Do not waste your money! This chair is terrible. within 2 weeks, the cushioning was almost gone. you can feel the bars from the vibration units through the material. I had to buy a cushion to put on top of it. The arms started giving way and moving from side to side within two weeks also. If it was not such a hassle to try to mail it back, I would have done so already. I have already purchased a replacement. I have never had a chair with so many issues and so uncomfortable before.  Cheap material, cheap construction.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
