I really want to give a 5 star review as I couldn't have asked for better service however; the gazebo replacement cover fell a little short.  Unfortunately  the top small piece was a little too small.  We were afraid to force it too far as we feared it was going to rip.  I was able to reach a representative right away and she was very supportive.  She was going to send a replacement but asked me to measure what I had so that she could have someone compare before sending.  The replacement would have been the same size so she encouraged me to force it and should it rip, she would take responsibility.

As it turns out, I can support that the material is very strong as my son (who is very strong) was not able to force it around the last corner and it did not rip!  We managed to get the tops up leaving that last corner unhooked and, so far so good.

The other problem with the cover is that it doesn't drain properly when it rains.  This is not good so I've had to manually push up the pools of water as they were creating too much weight on the cover.  I am now in the process of putting up hoola hoops to support drain the areas that are pooling.  Hopefully this will work and buy me at least the summer.

So while the replacement cover is working it is not ideal.  The representative at Aosom was quick to agree provided a more than reasonable compensation for my troubles asking or arguing for it.  

I would definitely order from this company again.

Excellent Service

I have been asked to update my review due to compensation received.

This item arrived quickly.  Purchased this replacement gazebo top in 2023, and it worked perfectly for my gazebo. I've purchased the same top again in 2025, and it arrived, but it is not the same. This top has Velcro rather than clips to attach to the gazebo. We had one night with rain, and the edges were sinking and filling with water; it was not tight with the frame like the previous replacement bought. If I had known of these changes, I would have looked for an alternate top or been prepared to make alterations to the top myself.

Less disappointed

Found this a cheaply made canvas top.  The velco straps were not reinforced and with the wind would come undone plus pulled where they were sew to the canvas.  Totally disappointed in this and because the velco went around the bars I can not use my screen or curtains.  Don't remember it saying that it was held on using velco.
