Spring Construction

Most customers found it requires minimal assistance.

Setup is typically straightforward and quick.

Can be snug, but may not fit all bed frames.

The frame was very easy to assemble—I managed to put it together by myself without any help. It came with all the necessary tools and even included extra screws, which was a nice touch. That said, if you already have your own wrench, I’d recommend using it to speed up the process.

I really like the metal frame design—it feels lightweight yet sturdier compared to traditional box spring frames. The cloth topper is a great addition, giving it a clean look similar to a bed skirt.

Overall, this is a great purchase for the price. I’ve also attached some pictures to show how it looks after assembly.

walmart.com

I recently purchased the EGOHOME 5-inch Queen Size Metal Box Spring and I am so impressed! Assembly was a breeze — no confusing instructions, no extra tools needed. I had it set up in minutes.

Once assembled, the sturdiness is immediately noticeable. It feels incredibly solid and stable — no wobbling, no creaking, just a firm and reliable foundation for my mattress. It gives me full confidence that my mattress is well-supported every single night.

For the price, this is outstanding value. If you're looking for a box spring that is easy to assemble and built to last, look no further. Highly recommended!

Sturdy, Simple, and Perfect!

The build quality is solid and sturdy, with no squeaking or movement . It provides excellent support for the mattress, making my bed feel more comfortable and stable.
Assembly was quick and straightforward—all the parts fit perfectly, and the instructions were easy to follow. I also like the sleek, low-profile design, which keeps everything looking neat and modern.

Highly recommend.

I really like this bed frame. Assembly was quick and straightforward with clear structure and sturdy parts. It feels solid and supports my mattress perfectly without any noise or wobbling. The low profile looks modern and fits my room nicely. Great value for the price.

Great support for matters

I returned item because I bought the wrong item but I did open box and it seemed like it would be a sturdy box spring. Seems like it would be easy to assemble as well.

Metal Box Spring great for the price

Perfect addition to our basement guest bedroom. Was easy to put it together. Frame is sturdy. It didn’t take long to build it. It is about 6”off the floor which adds nice rise from the floor. Great quality for the value of the product.

Metal sturdy frame

Note this is just a box spring. Although the photo shows a whole flippin bed frame and states foundation. It’s just the box spring. A little on the pricy side to not include the framework shown in the picture.

Only a box spring

About 30 screws. Frame is in 9 main pieces that have to be screwed together. Then slats easily slide into top to secure. The cover helps hold it together. Nice cover. Better than expected. Id rather have one with less assembly, if I were buying again. I hate puting things together. Took about an hour.

Ordered this to go under our memory foam mattress to add some support. It is not a box spring rather it is a metal bar box with a fabric cover that you have to assemble yourself. No springs to be seen

Metal bar box. Not a box spring

I am highly disappointed with this product . The picture did not match the final box spring after assembling. There was not head board as shown in picture and also there are no legs as shown in the picture . The box spring sits very low to the ground . Not at all what they put out there in the picture .

EGOHOME 5 inch Queen Size Metal Box Spring, Easy Assembly Mattress Foundation, 80"*60"*5" centered front-facing view of a low-profile 5-inch metal box spring with fabric-covered open grid top, visible steel slat grid, tubular perimeter rails and central support rail, corner assembly brackets, dark finish on a neutral studio background. Suited as a mattress foundation and often used as a low platform for guest futons or for under-bed storage.
