ergonomic design, able to get in the delicate areas without having to use CAD to design a plan of action! Lol! Smoothest shave next to waxing. Only drawback is the razor dulls quickly even with proper care, 3 shave's consisting of legs, under arms, %26 down there %26 you have to replace bc fourth shave will result in typical razor bumps that plague us W/other products. The edger tip is a god scent and can be used a few more uses.

Used it once and when I came to use it again I picked it up and the entire bottom protective strip came right off and was stuck in crumbles on my bathtub. I am about to talk to someone and get a refund. This is the first Venus razor I ever had that has done this. This is my first time ordering this bikini kind. Trash!

I opened the package and was surprised to find the second cartridge missing from the package. The packaging didn't seem like it was tampered with, and it's most likely a manufacturing's/quality control's fault but still a bummer.

I used a Venus razor, and it caused severe blade cuts in many areas of my skin. I experienced strong irritation, itching, redness, and even bleeding in some places.

This was my first time using this product, and I truly regret purchasing it. The quality is extremely poor and cannot be compared even with cheaper razors available in the market.

It has been a day since I used it, and I am still suffering from pain and irritation. This product was very disappointing and unsafe for the skin.

I don't see an option to give a zero rating, so I am giving one star.

Worst product I have ever purchased. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I bought the refill cartridges for this item, and nowhere on the box does it state that the cartridges for this item attach to a completely different type of handle than all the rest of the Gillette Venus razors. The box just says it is a cartridge for pubic hair and skin and contains 4 cartridges, it doesn't even state that the cartridges are for a specific razor type. The box is opaque and there is not even a visual of what the attachment looks like. All the other razor types are interchangeable with the same handle, so I do not think it was unreasonable to think these cartridges would work with it, since the box just says it is a Gillette Venus cartridge for pubic hair and skin. So, I could not use it, because it did not attach to my handle.

If you like this razor, buy the men's version, Gilette SkinGuard - Sensitive Skin Razor For Men, instead. It is the exact same razor! The only difference is the color and the price!

Once Again, Women Pay More For The Same Product!

I've used the original Venus since it first came out. this new shaver has so much protective metal guarding you, it doesn't seem to be able to get a close shave. handle is too skinny and hard to grip. i returned this, and bought refills for my original venus, which is great for bikini area

This razor was a waste of $15.  I was hoping this would work but it's very disappointing.   It doesn't give a close shave at all, you have to go over places several times to even feelna little smooth.   It feels like the strip that's supposed to protect your skin from the blades drags and pulls.  After the first use, the moisture strip was crumbling off.   I'll use these to shave my legs because I spent so much on them but will not use on my pubic area again.  I'll stick with my mens Schick Hydro 5, it's not as expensive and a much smoother shave.

Don't waste your money!

I was so excited to try this and was sadly very disappointed. It did a great job at removing the hair down to the skin that other razors could not get but at the cost of some bad razor burn. I do not have sensitive skin and even face it a second shot with the same results. I also tried it on my legs and under arms. Legs had no issue but I received razor burn in my arm pits.
