First of all we sre seniors with no pets have hardwood floors and only throw rugs in a couple of rooms so the vacuum has a very light work load. Having said all of that this little vacuum worked fine.  At first. But the last 3 weeks 1 get 5 minutes AT MOST  use at a time. It just shuts off and will NOT start again unless you leave it off for about 24 hours then it will run again, ,, for 5 minutes. Yes the battery has been fully charged, filter cleaned ect. 
Bottom line I would NEVER recommend the MOOSOO vacuum.

Was concerned about the product when ordered. Wasn't familiar with the brand and the price was low. The vacuum is amazing in every way. It works great and it's not heavy. I like it so much I was tempted to order another one but didn't. I can't stop talking about it.
