I bought this less than six months ago and the hose on the vacuum head has cracked. Apparently this is a common problem. When you spend this much money on something you expect it to last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy a Hoover cordless vacuum after many issues with a current vacuum I owned by another company. The quality of the other company vacuum changed for the worst. I decided to go with Hoover since I owned Hoover products in the past. I'm very happy I decided to go with Hoover. I love my new vacuum!

This worked well for about 10 months of light-moderate use until the grey hose in the brush-roll head split. Anything you vacuum up with it gets spit back out onto your floor. You cannot purchase a new brush head and there is no way to repair or replace this part. Considering the same thing happened with my previous Hoover Stick Vac. I will not be purchasing another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many different cordless vacuums, and this one is by far my favorite, especially with the powered flexible hose. It makes it very versatile and extremely easy to use. Battery has good life and multiple different suction levels can help extend that.

this was good when it was new, but after 6 months battery started to hold shorter and shorter charge and 1 year only 5 mins of use. Then the hose on the vacuum head is all cracked as shown by other reviews. Will not be buying Hoover again. Such a disappointment after spending a lot of money for a product. My no brand corded vacuum lasted longer for fraction of the cost and its still going. Hoover what happened to the quality products you used to make?

The vacuum itself is great and gets the 5 stars BUT, the battery life really sucks. I can barely get my living room vacuumed before it turns off. My living room isn't even big. It's about 10' x 10'. I have to charge the battery every single night. I really want to give this product the full 5 stars but because of the battery I won't. I really hope Hoover works on their batteries because ALL of their products are top tier.

Viewed this Hoover online and ordered.... So glad I did! It's very light and easy to use, gets in corners and under furniture, has great suction and a headlight that shows all the dirt. Battery charges fast and I can easily do my whole house on one charge. I would highly recommend!
