What is Walmart Delivery Pass?
Walmart Delivery Pass is a subscription program which provides unlimited access to free delivery from store, including groceries and more — all at the same low prices as in store. You can sign up for either a monthly or annual plan. We are working to continually add new benefits to the program!
What types of Delivery Pass plans are available?
Monthly: $8.97/month* Annual: $89/year* *Plus any applicable taxes.
How does Walmart Delivery Pass work?
Book a time slot for your delivery that’s convenient for you, add items to your cart, and check out.
When is Delivery Free for Delivery Pass Holders?
At this time, Walmart Delivery Pass offers free delivery on same- and next-day delivery orders with time slots. Pass holders can also choose an Express slot for a discounted fee of $5. Note that same-day delivery is included for free with a Delivery Pass subscription for a limited time. Walmart reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or make changes to this benefit at any point, and without prior written notice.
Is tipping required for Delivery Pass orders?
Tipping is optional, with 100% of the tips going to your driver.
Is there a minimum order amount when I order through Walmart Delivery Pass?
Yes, the minimum order amount is $35 before fees and taxes.
Is a free trial available?
Yes, you will be able to try out Delivery Pass for the first 30 days for free! Please note, you will need to be on app version 23.40 & above. Read the trial Terms & Conditions.
Can I switch to a different Delivery Pass plan after sign up?
Currently, you are not able to switch your plan within an active term. Once the plan term expires, you can change your plan selection.
How do I cancel my Delivery Pass plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time from the “My Subscriptions” page in your account or by contacting our Customer Service team. There are no refunds for Delivery Passes paid, except as expressly provided in the Terms & Conditions. If you cancel your plan before the end of its term, you’ll have access to all benefits until the end of that subscription period.

Where can I manage my Delivery Pass plan?
You can manage your Delivery Pass from the “My Subscriptions” page in your account.
Can I use my Walmart Delivery Pass for more than one account?
At this time, your Walmart Delivery Pass can only be used on the account that purchases the pass.
Who do I contact for help with my Delivery Pass plan?

What forms of payment can I use to subscribe to Delivery Pass?
Credit or debit cards.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method for Delivery Pass from the “My Subscriptions” page in your account. In the billing information section, select “Edit” to update your payment method.
Will I receive a receipt after signing up?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email on the day of sign up with information regarding your Delivery Pass including type of plan, renewal information, and amount of payment.
Why was my membership charged to a different card?
If there is a problem with the default card at the time of billing, we’ll charge another card saved in your account.
Can I reactivate my cancelled Delivery Pass plan?
Absolutely! You can sign up again anytime.
