How long do I have to return an item?

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between December 1, 2016 - December 25, 2016 can be returned by:

- January 9, 2017 for items with a 14 day return window
- January 10, 2017 for items with a 15 day return window
- January 25, 2017 for items with a 30 day return window

There is no change to the 90 day return window.

Many products are available for return within 90 days, with a few exceptions. Most items can be returned in store, or through mail (and we’ll even cover the return shipping cost).

We’ve got you covered for your holiday shopping needs! We know you have parties to go to, people to see, and feasts to prepare. Sometimes it’s hard to go and buy those special gifts for your loved ones. That’s why we have extended holiday hours for your convenience with select stores open ‘til midnight.

Does offer free shipping options?

You bet. Try Canada Post or Grab and Go Locker (currently available in the Toronto region and Kapuskasing). Many products sold on are eligible, and you can also pick up your order at your convenience.

You can choose either of these options in Step 2 of your checkout, provided all items in your cart qualify.
A little note — there’s a $50 shipping charge for Canada Post pickup in remote markets.

Looking for home delivery options?
Home delivery is FREE for orders over $50 before taxes to many locations across Canada. However, a shipping charge will apply if your order is less than $50, contains heavy or oversized items, or is being shipped to a remote market.

Any shipping charges, if they apply, will be noted in your cart, and during checkout.

If the price of a product drops on after I buy it, can I get a refund for the difference?

Absolutely. Contact us within 30 days of your order, provide us with a copy of your digital receipt (email) and we’ll refund the difference. Important: the refund excludes items that are on Clearance.

Is my order packaged discretely?

While we ship most purchases in a standard brown box, some items may be shipped in their original container, or have the name of the product stamped on the side of the box. If discretion is required, try our Canada Post or Grab and Go Locker shipping options as an alternative to home delivery.

Can you deliver my order directly into my home?

Deliveries of small-to-medium-sized packages will go right to your front door, or in the case of apartment buildings, to your lobby. Heavy and/or oversized items will be delivered curbside. Unfortunately, we are not able to bring deliveries directly into your home.

In some remote markets, delivery is available for direct points only. A direct point is the final delivery point of the carrier, for example, at Canada Post that could mean a post station, or for other carriers that could be a retail center depot. You will be notified once their shipment arrives and is ready for pick up.

How can I track my order?

By simply logging into your account, you’re able to track your order. After clicking on the “Track order” link, you’ll see the status of your order. If it’s in transit or already waiting for you at home or at your chosen Canada Post office, you’ll be in the loop.
