Why can't I add a product I want to my cart? 

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to add a product to your cart.  For instance, the product might only be available in stores and not online. Also, if a product is out of stock, you won’t be able to add it to your cart. In both of these cases, there won’t be an “Add to Cart” button. If you’re looking for a specific product that you can’t buy online, you can call your local Walmart to see if they have it in stock. To find your store, click the "Stores" icon at the top right of the homepage. 

 

How do I place an order? 

  1. Start by shopping for a product you wish to purchase and select “Add to cart”. 

  2. If you wish to continue shopping, go for it! If you’re ready to place your order, select “Check out” from the pop-up. 

  3. If you’re now on the shopping cart page, please be sure to verify your postal code under Cart Summary on the right side of the screen. 

  4. Next, you’ll be able to see all of your items, the subtotal, estimated tax, estimated shipping cost and the total cost of your purchase. 

  5. From there, click 'Continue to checkout' button. 

  6. Finally, confirm your shipping and billing information and click “Place Order”.

You can store unlimited names and addresses in your account's address book. Your address book makes checkout and gift giving quick and easy.

Create, modify, or delete payment methods for your account. You can also set a default payment method to make it faster to complete your purchases. 

Order Status and Tracking 

You'll be able to see the status of your order and track it once it ships. 

 

How do I create an account? 

To create an account, follow these quick steps: 

  1. Go to the Create an Account page. 

  2. Fill in the required fields (such as name, email address, and password). 

  3. After you have read Walmart’s Terms of Use, click the box that says, “I have read and agree to Walmart’s Terms of Use”. 

  4. Click the “Create my Account” button.
