What is Walmart Delivery Pass?
Walmart Delivery Pass is a subscription program which provides unlimited access to free same-day delivery from store, including groceries and more – all at the same low prices as in-store. An order must be placed by 3 pm to receive same-day delivery. You can sign up for either a monthly or annual plan. We are working to continually add new benefits to the program!

How does Walmart Delivery Pass work?
Book a time slot for your delivery that’s convenient for you, add items to your cart, and check out. Pass holders pay no fees for next-day delivery and same-day delivery (order must be placed before 3 pm). Pass holders can also take advantage of express delivery at a discounted rate. At checkout, delivery slot fee will be waived automatically for all next-day delivery purchases during the length of your plan.
Is there a minimum order amount when I order through Walmart Delivery Pass?
Yes, a flat fee of $7.97 applies to all online grocery orders below $35 (before taxes & fees). We offer free delivery over $35 (before taxes & fees) excluding select locations in Canada.

Walmart Delivery Pass offers benefits on same-day (if the order is placed by 3 pm) and next-day deliveries. Pass holders also enjoy free same-day delivery and get discounted slot fee for Express Delivery.
Can I switch to a different Delivery Pass plan after sign up?
Currently, you are not able to switch your plan within an active term. Once the plan term expires, you can change your plan selection.
How do I cancel my Delivery Pass plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time from within your Manage subscription page or by contacting Customer Care at (800)-328-0402. There are no refunds for Delivery Passes paid, except as expressly provided in the Terms. If you cancel your plan before the end of its term, you’ll have access to all benefits until the end of that subscription period.

3. On the 'Manage subscription' page, click on the 'Cancel subscription' link at the bottom.

You can manage your Delivery Pass from the Subscriptions & Plans section on your Account page.

3. Manage your plan on the 'Manage subscription' page.
Can I use my Walmart Delivery Pass for more than one account?
At this time, your Walmart Delivery Pass can only be used on the account that purchases the pass.

What forms of payment can I use to subscribe to Delivery Pass?
Credit or debit cards.
How do I update my payment method?
Visit your 'Manage subscription' page. Within the Payment section, select 'Edit' to update your payment method.
On the app:
1. Go to 'Account'.
2. Click on 'Subscriptions & plans' & then 'Walmart Delivery Pass'.
3. On 'Manage subscription' page, click on 'edit' in the 'Payment method' section.
Will I receive a receipt after signing up?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email on the day of sign up with information regarding your Delivery Pass including type of plan, renewal information and amount of payment.
Why was my membership charged to a different card?
If there is a problem with the main card at the time of billing, we’ll charge another card saved in your account.
