Wal-Mart Canada Corp. and its affiliates (collectively "Walmart") provide wireless network access and associated services to our valued customers, associates and guests. Access is provided on a complimentary basis for your convenience, and you are only permitted to use the service as described below and in the linked Wi-Fi Terms of Use. When you access or use this wireless network and associated services, you unconditionally agree to the linked Wi-Fi Terms of Use. Each time you access or use this network, you renew your agreement to be bound by the then-current Wi-Fi Terms of Use. We may change the Wi-Fi Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you, so please review them each time you use the service. Unauthorized access to or use of the network is strictly prohibited. Any suspected or actual violation may result in a denial of access, legal action, and referral to law enforcement where deemed appropriate.
As a result of operating the network, we will receive information about users and devices accessing the network, the real-time location of devices accessing the network, as well as content accessed (such as websites) and communications sent, received, or accessed via the network. Walmart'™s use and disclosure of this information is fully described in the Wi-Fi Terms of Use, but will include activities such as providing the service, filtering objectionable content such as pornography, and monitoring for quality and security purposes. Walmart cannot and does not guaranty that it will succeed in filtering all objectionable content, that the network will be completely free of security risks, or that your communications and other data will remain private or secure. Your use of this network is solely at your own risk. Other applicable limitations of the service and Walmart'™s responsibility for it are described in the Wi-Fi Terms of Use, as are other applicable requirements and use limitations.
