How can I track my order?
Sign in to your Walmart.ca account to track your order. Go to the order history section in your account and select the “Track” button. Whether it's in transit or already waiting for you at home, you'll know where it is every step of the way.
Does Walmart have extended holiday hours?
Some store opening and closing times may vary in different provinces. We recommend checking your local Walmart store for the most up to date hours of operation during the holidays.
If the price of an item drops on Walmart.ca after I buy it, can I get a refund for the difference?
Absolutely! All you have to do is contact us within 30 days of your order, provide us with a copy of your digital receipt (shipping confirmation email), and we'll refund the difference. Please note that any items on Clearance are not eligible for a price adjustment.
Is my order packaged discretely?
While we ship most purchases in a standard brown box, some items may be shipped in their original container or have the name of the product stamped on the box.
Can you deliver my order directly into my home?
Deliveries of small-to-medium-sized packages will be delivered right to your front door, or in the case of apartment buildings, to your lobby. Heavy and/or oversized items will be delivered curbside. Unfortunately, we’re not able to bring deliveries directly into your home.
In some remote markets, delivery is available for direct points only. A direct point is the final delivery point of the carrier. For example, at Canada Post that could be a post station and for other carriers that could be a retail center depot. You’ll be notified once your shipment arrives and is ready to be picked up.

Do you accept Walmart Canada gift cards online?
Yes! We do accept Walmart Canada gift cards for online purchases. Simply select "Gift Card" as a payment option at checkout and type in the gift card number and PIN. The value of the gift card will be deducted from your purchase.

Does Walmart offer an installment plan for holiday purchases?
Yes! Walmart Canada’s new Installment Plan has you covered. When you spend $199.99 or more with your Walmart Rewards Mastercard, you can split your purchase in to 6 easy installments. For a limited time, there’s a $0 set-up fee. After the promo period, the set-up fee is 2.5%. The Walmart Rewards Mastercard Installment Plan is not available in Quebec. Other terms and conditions apply.
