Experience the new and improved website, your one-stop shop designed for a better shopping experience. Featuring a more dynamic search, making it easier to find and add any item to the cart from any part of the site. Other features include one checkout, personalized shopping, localized experience, convenient order updates, and more – bringing our app and website closer. Our new features make shopping easier while saving you time and money. 

  How to get your items  

  You have three easy ways to get your items, all in one place:  

  • Pickup: Book a time slot and pickup from curbside or from inside the store.  
  • Delivery: Book a time slot and we’ll deliver your order from a store. Fees may apply.  
  • Shipping: We offer fast, free shipping options to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and affordable.  

  Pickup and delivery from store  

Select a nearby store and timeslot to pick up your items or we can deliver your order to your home. Not all items are available for pickup and delivery.  

 How it works: 

  1. Visit Walmart.ca or open the Walmart app.  
  2. Reserve a pickup or delivery time.   
  3. Add items to your order.  

 If you order an item that isn’t available for pickup and delivery from your local store, we’ll ship it to you. We group shipped items separately in your cart and they ship separately from your reserved pickup or delivery order. Look for availability info on the item page and search results page.  

 Item availability  

Walmart carries millions of items, including an ever-growing selection of items and brands you love from Marketplace sellers. To find the current availability for an item, go to its detail page.

Cart and checkout  

 We’ve combined cart and checkout for all your items, including groceries. You can edit your cart to specify how you want to receive your items.  

An option to select the fulfillment method (e.g., shipped to home or pickup) will appear in your cart, depending on the availability. If you don’t see a link to change, the selected method is only option available for that item.  

How it works:  

  1. Visit Walmart.ca or open the Walmart app.  
  2. In your cart, review your order. If you’ve chosen a pickup slot or delivery from store, we’ll group those items. If your order has items only available for shipping, we’ll list those separately with their estimated arrival date.  
  3. Select Continue to checkout to place your order for everything in your cart, even if the items will arrive by different methods.
