What is Walmart+? 

Walmart+ is a paid membership program that gives eligible members access to delivery, shipping, and streaming benefits, subject to availability and program rules. Walmart+ includes unlimited same-day delivery from store on qualifying orders, free shipping with no order minimum on eligible items, and access to video streaming with Crave while membership is active. 

What is included in a Walmart+ plan? 

As a Walmart+ member, you’ll enjoy benefits including free delivery from your store, free shipping with no order minimum, and access to video streaming with Crave. We’re always working on adding even more great benefits, too!  

What plans are available?  

Walmart+ has two plans to choose from:  

  • Monthly: $8.97 plus applicable taxes, billed every 30 days  

  • Annual: $89 plus applicable taxes, billed every 365 days 

What are the conditions for free same-day delivery? 

* An order must be placed by 4 pm to receive same-day delivery. We offer free scheduled delivery over $35 (before taxes & fees) excluding select locations in Canada. Subject to availability. Excludes Express Delivery orders. Restrictions apply.  

Are there any benefits for Express Delivery? 

Yes! Members save up to $8.97 on total fees for Express Delivery. Restrictions apply.   

I’m trying Walmart+ for free. Am I eligible for the Crave streaming service benefit? 

Absolutely! If you’re eligible for a 30-day free trial of Walmart+, you can activate the Crave streaming service at no additional cost. Please note that when your Walmart+ trial ends, your Crave streaming service benefit will also end. 

What are the conditions for free shipping for no order minimum? 

** No shipping fee or orderminimum fee applied to standard shipping orders for items sold & shipped by Walmart & select items sold by participating Marketplace Sellers that are fulfilled & shipped by Walmart. Excludes remote areas in Canada, items 150+ lbs, & scheduled delivery. Handling fees may apply. Eligible items identified with unique badge. 

What are the Crave Terms & Conditions? 

Active Walmart+ members receive Crave Standard With Ads at no additional cost. Eligibility begins immediately upon joining. To activate, click “Get Crave” on your Membership Page. You may cancel anytime. Cancelling Walmart+ immediately ends this benefit. Access is subject to Crave’s Terms at Crave.ca/terms. 

Delivery Pass transition to Walmart+ 

How is Walmart+ different from Delivery Pass? 

Delivery Pass is now Walmart+. Existing Delivery Pass benefits continue and Walmart+ adds more value through additional benefits such as free shipping with no order minimum and access to video streaming with Crave. Existing Delivery Pass members are automatically transitioned with no action required.  

Do I need to do anything if I already have Delivery Pass? 

No. Existing Delivery Pass subscriptions automatically transition to Walmart+ memberships, and pricing, renewal or expiry date, and term length stay the same.  

Did my price or renewal date change? 

No. Existing members keep their current plan pricing, term length, and renewal or expiry date when they transition from Delivery Pass to Walmart+. 

 

Getting started with Walmart+ 

Who is eligible to join Walmart+? 

Customers with a valid Walmart.ca account and a valid payment method are eligible to join, subject to Walmart’s discretion and the program terms. 

Do I need a Walmart.ca account to join Walmart+? 

Yes. Customers must have an active Walmart.ca account to join and Walmart+ benefits are tied to that account.  

Do I need to download the Walmart app to use Walmart+? 

No, you don’t need the app to use Walmart+. However, we recommend downloading the app to maximize your shopping experience.  

 

Free trial 

Am I eligible for a free trial or free period offer? 

Eligibility for a Walmart+ trial is limited. Customers are eligible only if they have not had an active Delivery Pass membership, paid or free, within the past 12 months. Trial offers are discretionary and may not be available in all regions or at all times.  

Why don’t I see a free trial or free period offer? 

Free trial or free period offers are not guaranteed and may not be available to all customers, regions, or at all times.  

When will I be charged after my free trial or free period offer? 

Your selected membership will begin automatically at the end of the free trial or free period, and your saved payment method will be charged for the selected plan.  

Can I cancel during the free trial or free period offer? 

Yes. If you cancel before the free trial or free period ends, you will not be charged.  

 

Managing your Walmart+ membership 

Where can I manage my Walmart+ account? 

Great question! You can always manage your Walmart+ account directly from your account page.  

Can I share or transfer my membership? 

No. Walmart+ is tied to one Walmart.ca account and cannot be transferred to another user or account. Orders can still be delivered or shipped to multiple addresses, but the membership itself is not transferable.  

Can I switch plans? 

Yes. Members can switch between monthly and annual plans. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and the next renewal is charged at the rate in effect when the plan change was requested. You can manage your membership anytime.  

When does my membership renew? 

Monthly memberships renew every30 days. Annual memberships renew every365 days, except in Quebec, where annual memberships do not auto-renew. 

What happens if my payment fails? 

If a payment fails, Walmart retries the charge using saved payment methods on the account. If all attempts fail, the membership is cancelled and benefits endimmediately. Customers can re-enroll after updating payment details. 

Why did Walmart try more than one payment method? 

Walmart mayattemptmultiple saved payment methods on the accountin order tocomplete renewal before cancelling the membership. 

 

Cancellations & refunds 

Can I cancel Walmart+ at any time? 

Yes. Members can cancel Walmart+ at any time.  

How do I cancel my Walmart+ membership? 

Being a member means saving more! But if you’d like to cancel Walmart+ for now, you can cancel through your Walmart.ca account or by contacting our Customer Care team at (800)-328-0402. 

When do my benefits end if I cancel? 

If you cancel your Walmart+ membership, your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing term and you will not be charged again for the next term.  

Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel? 

You are eligible for a full refund only if you cancel before using any Walmart+ benefits. If benefits have already been used, no refund is provided for that term.  

Why is Walmart+ still showing on my account after I cancelled? 

If you used benefits during the term, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and Walmart+ may still appear on your account until then.  

 

Delivery benefits 

How does free same-day delivery from store work? 

Active Walmart+ members are eligible for free same-day delivery from stores on qualifying orders placed through Walmart.ca or the Walmart app. Eligibility depends on the selected address, store, item availability, and delivery time slot.  

Why am I not seeing free same-day delivery? 

The items, store, delivery address, or selected time slot may not qualify for the same-day delivery benefit. Customers should confirm eligibility at checkout.  

Why does the order minimum fee still apply under $35? 

We offer free scheduled delivery over $35 (before taxes & fees) excluding select locations in Canada. No shipping fee or order minimum fee will be applied to standard shipping orders for items sold and shipped by Walmart and for select items sold by participating Marketplace Sellers that are fulfilled and shipped by Walmart. Excludes remote areas in Canada, items over 150lbs, and scheduled delivery. 

Is there a markup on items I order with Walmart+?  

No. You get the same everyday low prices as you would in stores.  

Is there a limit to how many times I can order?  

No, you can order as often as you want!   

How do I change my delivery address?  

Sign in to Walmart.ca and go to your account. You can add, edit, or remove an address in the “Addresses” section.  

Are there differences to my grocery order with a Walmart+ plan?  

Delivery is free on $35+ orders for Walmart+ members! You get the same products at the same prices as in stores, so you can shop knowing you’re saving time without paying additional fees.  

 

Shipping benefits 

How does free shipping with no order minimum work?  

Active Walmart+ members are eligible for free shipping with no order minimum on certain eligible items sold by Walmart or shipped by Walmart, plus select items from participating Marketplace sellers. Eligibility depends on inventory, shipping method, delivery address, and possible freight or location-based surcharges. 

How do I know which items qualify for free shipping?  

Eligible items are marked with a “W+ Free Shipping” badge or similar indicator.  

Why does my order still show a shipping charge at checkout?  

Please confirm that your item(s) are shipped by Walmart by looking for "Sold & shipped by Walmart” on the product’s detail page or the order review page during checkoutas some items fulfilled by Marketplace sellers may still incur a shipping fee. Please also confirm the items are not coming via scheduled delivery from your local store by free delivery, which has an order minimum of $35.   

Is there a markup on items I order with Walmart+?

Crave benefits 

How do I sign up for Crave through Walmart+? 

Sign in to Walmart.ca > Account > Walmart+ > Benefits Hub > Get Crave. Sign in or create a Bell Media account to start streaming. For issues, contact Crave Support at crave.ca/contact. Existing Crave subscribers: activate through Walmart+ to link your Bell Media account and avoid duplicate charges. 

How do I sign into my Crave account after setting it up through Walmart+? 

After activating Crave through Walmart+, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Walmart that includes your Crave subscription ID. Once you receive this email, you can sign in at crave.ca. You can manage or cancel your Crave streaming service benefit directly through your Walmart+ account at any time. 

Which type of plan is included in my Crave streaming service benefit? 

Active Walmart+ members can enjoy the Crave Standard With Ads plan at no additional cost. 

What is included in a Crave Standard With Ads subscription? 

Crave Standard With Ads includes HBO series, the latest blockbusters, Crave Originals, live events, select sports, and news. It allows up to two simultaneous streams and supports video quality up to 1080p. 

Am I able to upgrade from the Standard With Ads plan? 

No. At this time, the only Crave plan included with Walmart+ membership is Crave Standard With Ads. 

What happens if I’m on a Crave Premium plan? 

Walmart+ includes Crave Standard With Ads only. To avoid duplicate charges, cancel your existing Crave Premium subscription. You’ll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds aren’t available for downgrades. You can manage or cancel your Crave Premium subscription through your Bell Media subscriptions page. 

How do I cancel Crave? 

To cancel your Crave Standard With Ads plan included with Walmart+, go to “Manage your plan” in your Walmart+ account. You can reactivate the plan at any time at no additional cost, as long as you have an active Walmart+ membership. 

 

Availability and support 

Are Walmart+ benefits available everywhere in Canada?  

Walmart+ is available for purchase across Canada, but specific benefits are not available in every location. Availability may vary by address, store participation, inventory, and service capacity.
