Walmart Registries

Why is Walmart discontinuing its registry programs?

We’re discontinuing our baby and wedding registry programs on Walmart.ca, effective October 27, 2020, to offer our customers a new registry experience. Customers can choose to move an existing public registry to MyRegistry.com — a website that specializes in managing registries of all kinds.

Please note that MyRegistry.com is not a partner of Walmart Canada. MyRegistry.com services are governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please review them before you transfer your Walmart registry to it. This website is only offered in English at this time.

Can I save my existing registry?

Yes! You can move an existing public registry to MyRegistry.com and still have access to our great items and low prices.

How do I save my existing registry?

If you wish, you can move an existing public baby or wedding registry to MyRegistry.com by following these steps below:

How to move a public registry
If you’ve set your baby or wedding registry to public, you can easily move your registry to MyRegistry.com. Please note, if you do not already have a MyRegistry.com account, you’ll be prompted to create an account.

How to move a private registry
If you’ve set your baby or wedding registry to private, please temporarily change it to “public” and follow the step above for moving a public registry to MyRegistry.com. If you wish, you can set your Walmart.ca registry back to private after the move is completed.
