Walmart+ Terms of Use (“Terms”)
Delivery Pass is now Walmart+. We’ve updated these Terms of Use to reflect this change.
If you are an existing Delivery Pass member, your membership continues under the new Walmart+ program. No material changes have been made to the Terms as Walmart changes from Delivery Pass to the Walmart+ membership program. Please review these Terms for the additional benefits now available to you. You may cancel at any time.
These Terms are applicable to the “Walmart+” [formerly known as Delivery Pass] membership program offered by Wal-Mart Canada Corp. (“Walmart”, “we”, “our”) and are subject to the Walmart.ca (“Site”) Terms of Use. Only customers with a valid Walmart.ca account (“Account”) are eligible for a Walmart+ membership. By purchasing a Walmart+ membership, you agree to be bound by these Walmart + Terms of Use. Any use of the Site or purchase of any goods through your Account will be subject to the Site Terms of Use, Terms of Sale and any other terms that may be applicable at that time.
1. MEMBERSHIP
1.1 Monthly Membership
If you have selected a monthly membership for Walmart+ (“Monthly Membership”), your benefits will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Your Walmart+ membership will automatically renew every 30 days. At each renewal, we will charge your Payment Method (as defined below) the fee(s) then in effect for the Monthly Membership, plus any applicable taxes, without any further notice to you (except to the extent notice is required by applicable law). To avoid being charged for renewal, you must cancel your Monthly Membership on or before the last day of the current term. You may cancel by following the cancellation process described in Section 1.3 below.
1.2 Annual Membership
If you have selected an annual membership for Walmart+ (“Annual Membership”), your benefits will be valid for one year from the date of purchase. If you reside outside of Quebec, your Walmart+ membership will automatically renew on an annual basis. At each renewal, we will charge your Payment Method (as defined below) the fee(s) then in effect for the Annual Membership, plus any applicable taxes, without any further notice to you (except to the extent notice is required by applicable law). To avoid being charged for renewal, you must cancel your Annual Membership on or before the last day of the current term. You can cancel by following the cancellation process described in section 1.3 below.
If you reside in Quebec, prior to the expiry of your current Annual Membership, Walmart will send a notification to the primary e-mail address associated with your Account with instructions on how to renew your membership for a subsequent term.
Your Walmart+ membership benefits begin on the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Walmart+ membership at any time. You can request cancellation online through your Account by going to Account > Walmart+, then selecting the gear icon️, or by calling Walmart Customer Care at 1-(800)-328-0402.
If you cancel your Walmart+ membership prior to using any Walmart+ benefits, your membership will be cancelled immediately, and you will be entitled to a full refund of your membership fees. If you cancel at any other time, your Walmart+ membership will be available to you until the end of your current membership term, and you will not be charged for a new term.
1.4 Other Limitations
We reserve the right to provide or reject the Walmart+ membership at our discretion.
You may not transfer or assign your Walmart+ membership.
2. FREE TRIAL
2.1 Free Trial (Residents Outside Quebec)
If offered on the sign‑up page, you may receive a Walmart+ Free Trial (“Free Trial”). You may cancel any time during the Free Trial period at no cost. If you do not cancel before the end of the Free Trial period, your selected Monthly or Annual Membership will begin automatically, and your Payment Method will be charged accordingly. Alternately, you may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 1.3 of these Terms.
2.2 Free Period (Residents of Quebec)
If offered on the sign‑up page, you may receive a certain number of days of your Walmart + membership at no charge (“Free Period”) added to the term of your Membership. You can cancel at any time during the Free Period at no cost. After the Free Period ends, you will be charged for your Membership on your Payment Method in accordance with the membership plan you have selected. Alternately, you may cancel at any time in accordance with Section 1.3 of these terms.
3. FEES AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Payment Method Requirement
You must have a valid debit or credit card associated with your Account at the time of initial purchase and for each renewal cycle (“Payment Method”). By signing up for the Walmart + membership, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the authorized cardholder; and (b) you authorize Walmart to charge your Payment Method for the Walmart+ membership fees.
All billing information provided by you to Walmart must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Declined Payments
If a charge to your Payment Method is declined, you authorize Walmart to reattempt the charge on the Payment Methods saved to your Account. If a payment fails, we’ll retry your default Payment Method and if it fails again, you authorize us to try any other Payment Methods saved to your Account. Once a payment goes through, we’ll stop all further retry attempts.
If all payment attempts fail, your Walmart+ membership will be automatically cancelled and your benefits will end immediately. You may reenroll once you update your Payment Method; your new term will begin on the date you reenroll.
3.3 Membership Fees and Terms
Membership fees are displayed during signup. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and applicable taxes will be added. Fees and membership benefits may change at Walmart’s discretion, subject to any requirement by applicable law.
4. WALMART+ BENEFITS
4.1 Free Same Day Delivery
As an active Walmart+ member, you are eligible for Free Same-Day scheduled Delivery from Walmart.ca (“Free Delivery”). For scheduled deliveries from Walmart.ca under $35 (before taxes and fees), the standard Order Minimum Fee will continue to apply. For Express Delivery in 3 hours or less, Walmart+ members will receive a discounted fee.
Free Delivery applies only to items available for delivery for the selected address (excluding select locations in Canada), for a specific delivery time slot when your order is placed through Walmart.ca or the Walmart Canada App. Delivery addresses eligible for Free Delivery may change from time to time, without notice to you (except to the extent notice is required by applicable law). Item availability may vary from store to store and by region and is subject to change at any time. 4.2 Free Shipping with No Order Minimum Fee
As an active Walmart+ member, you are eligible for Free Shipping with No Order Minimum Fee (“FSNM”). Free shipping with no order minimum fee applies only to items sold and shipped by Walmart and for select items sold by participating Marketplace Sellers that are fulfilled and shipped by Walmart through Walmart.ca or the Walmart Canada app. Excludes remote areas in Canada, items over 150lbs, and scheduled delivery. The FSNM benefit is subject to inventory availability, shipping speed, and in some cases, the delivery address and whether freight and location surcharges apply.
4.3 Access to Streaming Services
As an active Walmart+ member, you are eligible for access to one participating streaming service plan, as outlined in the benefits section on the [WM+ landing page URL], at no additional cost {“Streaming Service”). Members are eligible for the Streaming Service as soon as their membership starts. See {WM+ landing page] for instructions on how to register for the Streaming Service benefit. You may cancel the Streaming Service at any time. Members who have cancelled the Streaming Service can rejoin at no additional cost if they are still an active Walmart+ member. If you cancel your Walmart+ membership, the Streaming Service benefit will terminate immediately. Walmart is in no way connected to the Streaming Service provider’s content availability, platform functionality, or service interruptions. Your access to the Stre aming Service is linked to your active Walmart+ membership and is subject to the Streaming Service provider’s Terms and Conditions, eligibility requirements, technical limitations, and regional availability, a direct link to which can be found in the benefits section on the [WM+ landing page]. .
4.4 Promotions and Limited-Time Offers
Walmart may offer additional Walmart+ membership promotions, benefits, or services from time to time, including offers by third parties, subject to additional terms of service, eligibility rules, and technical or regional availability. The nature of the offers and duration of each offer will be at Walmart’s sole discretion. Where the terms of a Walmart + membership promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply for that specific offer, and the remainder of these Terms will be in effect.
Walmart may modify or discontinue these Walmart+ membership benefits at any time, subject to applicable law requirements.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1 Changes to These Terms
Walmart reserves the right to change, or alter the Walmart+ membership program, including its price, benefits, or offering at any time, subject to any legal or statutory obligations. Nonmaterial changes may occur without notice, subject to any legal or statutory obligations. If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER ANY CHANGE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE UPDATED TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
5.2 Termination by Walmart
Walmart may terminate your membership or participation in the Walmart+ membership program at its discretion. If we do so, we will give you a full refund to the Payment Method for any term that has not yet expired. However, we reserve the right to not provide any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, that violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the membership or participation in Walmart + membership. Walmart is not obligated to refund fees if your termination relates to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, legal violations, misuse of Walmart+, or conduct harmful to Walmart or other customers.
