This series does not require the purchase of expensive extras and the series progresses at a rate where even those who are out of shape can take part. The instructors attitude toward this group with his do what you can and the inclusion in the beginning of persons of various ability makes this series one that you can start slowly and then as you progress increase the number and strenght and your ability to follow along. I am just starting my second week and am seeing some improvement and it is something I feel will get easier the longer I participate.

This product arrived a little later than I had hoped but once it got here, I dove right in. Already, I have lost a couple of inches and started to see tone in arms, core, and legs. The workouts are short, high intensity, and fun. They make you want to come back.

Great Value, really works!

I have worked out at a gym for 13++ years and I decided to try a few different options that I can use at home. I have been using this workout schedule for about 10 days now and I already see results in tightness. This is pretty advanced, but anyone can work up to it. It is a challange so stick with it. Such a nice change from the 1-1 1/2 hour workout!

Awesome workout program

I bought this for my son. He wanted the p90x, but that is expensive. It is a very intense work out. The diet plan that comes with it seems to be very good. For the money, I think it is better then other 90 programs.

This is a quick but powerful DVD set. The instructor is very encouraging. I look forward to working out. This is not an easy plan to follow, but they have easier options for the exercises

Quick and powerful

I received this a few days ago. I had also purchased a new ball but discovered it had a hole in it so it delayed my start date. You will need weights and a Ball.

So I completed day one and thought well this was not too bad. I was not sweating like the people on the video. So I wondered if I did it wrong. (I am out of shape). My two daughters 18 and 16 are also doing it with me. My 18 year old is a few pounds (1 pants size) over her goal and my 16 year old is an avid dancer and track runner. My 18 year old laughed at the begining saying the exercises looked cheesy but within a few minutes she had sweat running down her face. My 16 year old said some of the positions were challenging but she did not bust a sweat either.

Day 2.. this was a different story. The ball workouts were various from very easy to hard (for me). I was surely sweating and could feel my core working overtime. I have had three vertical c-sections so my muscles have been destroyed. When I woke up this morning I could still feel the effects of the workout. Both of my children said day two was a lot harder than day 1.
I will review again after my 90 days. Today is a "rest" day !!!!

Great so far

Outstanding workout guide. Very challenging but ideal for every level of fitness. Easy to follow, and excellent meal and nutrition guide included. At the price this is unbeatable.

Outstanding

I have been running 5 miles 5 days a week for 4 years. The running alone wasnt working out y whole body and I areas I need to work on. I have used these videos for 2 weeks and my whole body is sore so I know I am getting a good workout and I love it.

Love it!

Compares very well to P90X, probably best DVD's for money. As one reviewer stated no hype, fancy sets or production, just get to work. Need weights, dumbell set, as P90X or can work with kettle balls. Can with some creativity adapt to bands, but weights are better.

I am 50 years old and have recently completed another product when I was 49 that lasted 90 days; that one was grueling and although worked, overall beat up my body! Supreme 90 day is intense, yet not so that someone our age cannot participate and reap the benefits. These videos are shorter, thus not as grueling. Very complete package.

Above my expectations!!

I purchased two of these DVD sets at 19.99 each, only to find that that they a sticker for 9.99 on them when I got home. Upsetting. I think I should be charged the ticket price. Feel like I was charged more for having used the store pick up option.
