Surprised at how comfortable they are.
 I tried a different brand and type and they felt like I had already had taken a 'dump'.  They absorb like they should and I was really surprised at even the small leaks that I never even know about were captured. I like the washable feature as well. Wash in cold or just warm water and air or low dry setting.

Rather than Diapers ;  Try these

NOT for overnight use, padding is not high up enough to stop leaks from how hmm many men wake UP with in the AM or when they have to go pee.. 
Fit otherwise was spot on and these would be good for those needing light leak protection during waking hours..

I like these boxer shorts but if you wear a pad at night with them you have to make sure it is in place because it can fall out going to the bathroom.

He said it was like putting on a diaper, disguised as a pair of boxers. Felt Gross. Uncomfortable.

Really bad,

VERY Disappointed. My husband had prostate surgery for cancer. I bought these hoping to give him some relief from the irritation the incontinence pads cause. We were very excited to think that thes would relieve some of those issues. Within 15 minutes of trying the boxer briefs, he had to change clothes from the leakage. The design of the pads leaves no protection past the button access where the leak occurred.
