Made with durable materials and easy to set up.

Directions are unclear and lack labeling, making assembly difficult.

Made with sturdy and long-lasting components.

Can be straightforward with clear instructions, but also confusing and difficult for some users.

A lot of pieces for the price.  Looks nice on our patio.  Cushions don't stay on very well, very slippery may have to put something under them to keep them from slipping.   Hopefully it stands the test of time.  Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.

It's a good set, we noticed reviews saying the set was too low to the ground. That is true, for us old timers its a bit more of a challenge to get up. Would be great if you sold small, 3-4" legs for the sets.

Not bad

Furniture is nice for sure but the instructions, tools provided were not user friendly and all parts came in one bag - not labelled so was a lot of extra time and energy trying to figure it out! Reclining works great

Makes IKEA furniture building a dream ?

Awesome furniture as described. Love this set. Instructions are hard to follow since nothing comes labeled and the screws come in one large package again not labeled.

Great furniture

Generally, this is a comfortable set. The reclining chairs were what I'd been looking for for a couple years. 
The fabric is definitely not going to be durable over time
The foam used for the cushions is definitely super cheap and will likely only last one season - very dispointing. 
The coffee table was damaged when it arrived. I hope the company will replace it. 

Overall, if you're purchasing this item, plan on the cushions only being viable for a couple seasons. Unsure how durable the furniture it generally, but not super hopeful it will stand up to hot summers, rain, etc., that one can expect in Canada.

LOW-rent option.

patio furniture is really nice for the price. Mine was missing the two S screws for the couch and had scratches and the table has unraveling of the wicker around the inside base pole. set up was okay but definitely need additional tools to not go crazy.

Conversation piece

Esthetically, this set looks nice. The recliners are why I bought it. The fabric is not particularly suited to the outdoors and the foam used is going to dry out and be pretty flat by the end of the summer. 
The table included arrived damaged and so far, the vendor isn't interested in providing any viable solution. 

It's a reasonably compact set, so it fits on our patio - good. The colour is nice; neutral grey. 

I'm just afraid I spent +$900 on something I will be repairing/retrofitting next year.

Looks nice, but won't last two seasons

This set is not very good quality. Don’t waste your money like we did.

Don’t bother

This purchase was an EPIC fail. This is furniture that should be built not assembled. Hours spent trying to get the sofa “assembled” with an Allen wrench when drills and industrial tools are more appropriate. 

A while ago my mother and I discovered independently of each other that our goal for the summer was to be able to sleep outside during the day. To listen to the birdsong and feel the gentle breeze. To find some joy. She has stage iv endometrial cancer and this could be her last summer. Now we’ve been fighting about this “assembly” for two days instead of enjoying the beautiful weather for the short time we have in northern Alberta. 

None of the pieces were marked to begin with, one box (with the instructions) was forgotten completely upon the first delivery and we waited close to a week for the last box.

I contacted the seller when I discovered these initial problems and after a bit of back and forth I understood that the most help I would get would be the seller resending the unclear instructions which I already had.

This company should be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do without taking into account the cost of the purchaser’s labour. In the simplest terms, the merchant has failed us. Never again.

Never again.
